No they said it did not affect offline One Punchknock Outs, Flash Knock Downs and Swelling and the Tuner is creating all kinds of havoc for Offline users when in fact it was stated that the Tuner was for Online Only. But the opposite is happening
it was for online only, but if u attempted to go online u were forced to download the tuner, so did u offliners try to go online??
No, The Tuner does not work like that. When you first put in FNC andit say Connecting to Ea Servers and then it says gathering Data/Information you automatically down load it...Trust me, I have been testing this for the past week.

Thats bs and i dont understand why u would lie about this. I downloaded the tuner on 2 accounts, and both accounts i had the options to decline if i wanted to download the tuner. it does not download when your connection, it download when you hit the online mode and choose to go online, than it will ask if you would like to download the new tuners because its a requirement to play online and not a requirement to play ooffline.

Try this, Delete Cahche and then put FNC and download Patch Only, Do not Connect to Ea Servers..Instead Back out and Play FNC with the Internet cord not connected. Try to get a feel for it.
Now hook up to the internet and play FNC and press A when it says Connect to Ea Servers..Notice it says gathering information...Play for a while an you will notice the difference between the two. Play Fight Now and Do Not Download the Tuner

I play both offline and online, I can't say is if I had a choice or not.
What took away the damage and the 1 punch KO's? Was that the patch or the tuner?

The First Patch was great. Here goes a few things I really liked about the first patch and what I thought could be improved Game Play Wise or be Added back to the Game.

Punch Offsetting and Punch Reaction was Spectacular
Raised Accuracy on Punches we're Perfect. You still had a wide range of Head movement to slip & lean out of the way of a punch. But in turn you hooks, uppercuts, jabs and straights would still connect. Really good post I agree with all of this.
Combination Punching and stringing uppercuts with the other punches we're improved across the board.
The Ability to fluently mix modified power shots in with regular shots fast.
*CONS*
One Punch Ko's we're Removed. They need to be implemented back.
Flash Knock Downs we're decreased, They Should happened way more often.
Swelling and Cuts need to be back.
*POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS*
Combination Punching and Speed should be increased a lil.
Footwork for moving side to side/Not side stepping should be faster next to the opponent.
Adding back,One Punch Knock Outs, Flash Knock Downs and Swelling.
Please Resolve All Offline Sliders. And Please Do Not let Tuner Effect Offline Game Play .Maybe add a few New Sliders like Offsetting, Combination Punching and Footwork.

i honestly didn't have an option to d/l the tuner or not. Did they just put this option in the game?
I only downloaded the patch. PS3 btw.
