Before I start here the solution with my online complaint is that my internet is not the issue. If this was it would be an issue from day 1. I play using PS3.

I have been playing NCAA Football 10 for 2-3 weeks now. Last Thursday night/Friday Morning I have been getting ONline dynasty not found, or transfer failed every time I go to do do something within the dynasty.

This means EVERY TIME I enter the dynasty I get either one or both of those errors. I get them for 5-10 minutes

EVERY TIME I refresh my dynasty hq I get either one of those messages sometimes taking 2-3 min to let me in.

EVERY TIME I leave dynasty hq to fix roster, check standings, recruit, play game I get these errors, sometimes for 2-3 minutes.

EVERY TIME I play my game and come back to my dynasty hq I get these errors, sometimes 2-3 minutes.

I am not having a problem playing my games, they play fine, an occasional disconnect, only like 1-2% disconnect.

I can't accept invites because of these issues.

I called your customer support yesterday 2x and they told me to post it here, and they also said it was my internet connection, but it's not my connection.

Please fix this issue, it's making me wish I had walked away from EASports games.

Same thing here with the same timeframe except I'm on 360.

Just started happening to myself and SEVERAL that I know.

I can ASSURE you it is NOT my internet because that HAS NOT CHANGED.

Hitting retry 100000000000 times to finally get in every time is not my idea of a good time.

EA servers has been having this issue for almost a week and it keeps getting worse.

I'm in 4 leagues and all leagues are experience this issue everyone in them is experiencing it. Is there any leagues out there right now not having this problem?

It keeps telling you either "one item failed to load" "or something about could not connect, retry". It happens any and everytime you try to download/upload something new to the server

I'm in an NCAA 10 and 09 league and having issues with both. Come on EA, this is your biggest, most glorious innovation yet (besides stripping NCAA and Madden the first year for the next gen games, oooh good job) and you can't even get it to work. I hope it's not because of some lame NBA and NHL demos. It's not the internet connection, it's not us, it's you and your crappy servers. Get it together, please.

me and all my friends are also having issues with this it is not our internet connection ea you need to wake up and recognize that your servers suck. every since the online showdown went active we have been experiencing these problems on your games. stop blaming everyone else and spend some of your money to fix these issues.

This is ridiculous. EA........ fix the Online Dynasty servers NOW!!! This problem has been going on for almost a week solid. It is messing up user vs user games and results for user vs cpu games when advanced. Sometimes if you are lucky, you are able to get into the dynasty and play without issues. For the most part you run into missing file messages or dynasty servers down messages. FIX IT NOW!!! STOP IGNORING EVERYONE AND SAYING THAT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON OR WHAT PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT.

I'm not surprised that EA turns a blind eye to the problem and simply chooses to diagnose this as an internet issue for users. I'm sorry, but when masses of people are experiencing progressively worse connection issues in the online dynasty -- that IS NOT an internet issue. It's a server issue.

Currently, I can't even play my buddy in our conference championship because when we start the game the transfer fails. Thus freezing me in that spot and I have to restart my XBOX.

Now, when the game is over I expect that we will get the "Transfer Failed" notice again but you can just press Retry Now about 30 times and it will eventually progress. Does that sound like fun?

This has gotten worse over the past week. Definitely. We can't even play games now.

Wake up. This is an issue. Your servers need work.

Please EA give us an update, tell us you are at least looking into this problem as well as the disconnects during user games in online dynasties.

I play on the 360 and have been having the same problem for well over a week now. All of the players in the online dynasty has had this happen to them. Come on EA.

and no other title i have has been having these problems or glitches in the uploading or downloading of files except for NCAA 10

I have been having the two major issues everyone is describing.

The First Problem is the Server Issue. It appears that we are unable to connect at various times to the EA Servers which means that games against the computer in online dynastys are needing to be replayed, and games versus live users cannot even begin.

Unfortunately, I have found the only solution to be to continue to hit retry. Eventually it works.

The Second Problem is regarding a missing file to access your online dynasty. This problem is annoying but at least has a solution.

IF you delete your online dynasty by going to File Management, it will re-download and you will be able to play without any problsm.

This is a JOKE!!!! Have had the same exact problem with the dynasty for a WEEK!!! Trying to play for the Natty but after 40 tries the game finally squares us up only to "lose the internet connection" even though we are still in private chat!!!

We have 5 people in the dynasty....all of us are experiencing the same exact thing. All connecting from different states and IP providers. This is not a user issue....EA get your act together.

We are loyal to the ONLY college game available, because we have to be. Thanks for screwing over your customers. Release a statement......let us know you are working to fix this, or how to fix this. Or give me my money back.

I have the game on both PS3 and 360, the problem is the same with both systems. I cannot download the files for the online dynasty, thus making it impossible to get into Dynasty HQ. The other problem is the error messages every time I either update my team (roster, recruiting, etc) or try reporting a completed game. I am in 5 online dynasties on 360 and 1 on PS3. This needs to be fixed ASAP. As seen by the responses, many people are experiencing the same problem.

ya, I'm having the same issues and it makes me angry. They obviously are not going to fix it, they already have our money and that is the only thing that matters to them.
