If you are getting the message "Generation could not complete. Try re-adjusting the marker placement on your photo and try again.." no matter how many times you try generating a Game Face,

Please download and run the following test application:

- Let it run until the tool completes and prints a debug log (may take a while depending on your configuration)

After running the game faec toaster this is the result I recieved, I'm Not sure if I did it right butt here it is.......:Loading ... Fit Modes Geo: 50,30
Fit Modes Tex: 50,0

How do you update the video card or openGL?

I still cant get the Game face to work. still getting this message after 1:30 of generation: Generation could not complete. Try re-adjusting the marker placement on your photo and try again. Ive done that hundreds of times now.

and the log said everything was fine. My video card is a Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX and ive updated the drivers.
Nothing seems to work.

What is the issue? please help!!!!

Sadly, you are victim to one of the few remaining bugs related to non-US settings.

Could you try a quick workaround and see if it helps.

- Create a new user on your windows configuration called 'GAMEFACE'
- logout from your current user, then login into Windows with this new user
- try generating a Game Face from the website

The problem remains with me too.
I tried to make another user on my windows. The next problem was "server is not respond"

Please make something about it!!! I'm trying to make my face every day about a week and always is the problem with generation!!!

Thanks for trying.

We will decidedly get to the bottom of this. I am seeing an issue in the logs that point to a remaining bug (yes, we thought that one was gone already...).

In the meantime, the workaround using the 'GAMEFACE' user might help. Did you specifically name it that way?

I Xed window early looking for the gameface name earlier and now i get a

"Oops! an error occured during creation.

Please try again later."

on my profile bit where i create with the continue arrow below, when i open that i get a white box of doom that never loads gameface

Yep. And also I made the rights of admin to this user.

No luck, even using the GAMEFACE account. "Server not responding".

Just some more few hours to have the game in my hands, and no Virtual Pro by the time. It's a bit dissapointing ¡Keep trying, you can do it!
