2) It would be even better if we could hold our own Title Fights (exhibition mode only) to determine champions amongst players respective FNR4 fight clubs. There are four belts that are widely respected and acknowledged in each division:
WBA/WBC/IBF/WBO
3) The ability to change a boxers weight class is imperative (especially when patches/DLC updates don't):
Nate Campbell / Robert Guerrero / Paul Malignaggi & Whoever Else
These 3 Additions Would Cater To Real Life Boxing Fans & Make The Game Perfect For Me & Others Like Me. Other Than That The Game Is About A 9.5/10 In My Opinion So Great Job EA Canada!
Thanks for the opportunity to express my wishes... for those who agree and would like to see these 3 things added to FNR4 please sign the petition below

legacy mode- training should be like the old knockout kings game. you trained to get better and your guy did get better. stop the crap of picking your own fight and bad training mode. this mode is about the user getting better and really playing the game hard core. please add the great fighters of all time.

If a Haymaker or signature Punch is interrupted, that is a counter punch.
Exactly!!! Just like you can break the animation thats the type of effect that well timed punch should create, forcing people to use and change their punching rhythm. If regular 2d and 3d fighting games can figure this out and implement it so should Fight Night.
Support the thread for the Most Important Punch In Boxing's overhaul in Fight Night Round 5 http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/333593.page
Virtual Trainer Mode This will only really work if Round 5 is a true simulation with real boxing tactics being used
Having a Trainer could educate the users on boxing tactics and make the casual fan appreciate the sport more. For example the trainer could show you the importance of a jab, with video highlights of real matches. They could also show you the correct way to slip punches, show you how to parry and catch the jab, show you footwork like circling away from your opponents power hand. They have something similar in round 4 that shows you the controls but talks nothing about strategy
or boxing tactics
The Jab 1. Should have a little more power
2. Have better animations for head snapping back when being caught with a flush jab( or any punch for that matter)
3. The Jab should offset your opponents punches on occasion/ stop them in there tracks when walking into the punch
4. The ability to step into the punch
2:31 of this video shows the jab offsetting Mayweather's combo
The animations for being hit need more impact. Currently the animations seem very toned down and with hard shots we need to see bigger reactions

What's up, here is a little something I've been working on. It's something POETIC really wants to see in the future FN games, boxer tendencies sliders.
PLEASE read me the README file inside the zip file before trying to use it. I also forgot to say that when you save a boxer file use the bxr extension.

there are so many so I dont know if anyone mentioned it but a rating for EACH PUNCH (jab, left hook, etc..) would be authentic as well as bring the punching style back in more realistic way than FN3. Some of them were cheap but they looked great representing each fighter's unique style.
How about a REF in the game clinching just looks bad during the fight.
Last thing is to have more current fighter roster and make the legend fighters unlockable through career mode or legacy mode so its actually worth playing it rather than fighting for meaningless offline belts.
Thanks for the great patch this is the only thing that needs fixing and i have a few ideas - HAYMAKERS!
Issues
They can still catch you when your blocking with a full green bar
Thrown at the same rate even with no stamina
Constant use of haymakers sometimes average 200-250 a game - very unrealistic
Solutions
1. Since its a wild/lucky punch, one haymaker should result in all your stamina depleted and throwing one straight after will be very very slow and a chunk of the your grey stamina gone due to the risk involved.
2. One haymaker result in all your stamina depleted and cannot throw haymaker unless your stamina is full
3. Countering a haymaker resulting in instant KO or Stun! Since it is a wild/lucky punch
4. Limit haymakers in a round
I think with one or two you will have the problem solved and more people boxing, instead of bob and weaving with the haymaker or just throwing them continuously.
I would like to see a distinct animation for this combo to add realism. Currently the jab has to retract before cross is thrown which makes it seem robotic, also the boxer doesn't lean into the cross at all. To simplify it I would like to see this
I think it would make throwing the combo quicker and would allow the animation to take place sooner rather than pressing diagonally up on the stick twice

hmmm.... good idea. I alwasy felt the 1,2 in the game wasn't fast enough.
