For those that have been creating their Game Face and unable to download to the game, we wanted to clarify that to use your Virtual Pro, you must have an XBOX Gold account. All PS3/PC users are able to user Game Face for their Virtual Pro.

The message you currently receive in console is an error and should read “Your account limitations prevent you from using this feature”. We will update this shortly to alleviate some of the confusion. There are currently no plans to allow access to Game Face for Silver members.

We apologize that this was not made clear in our communications though it is standard practice for online features on XBOX 360 to be limited to Gold Members only and this feature is no different.

Game Face: Game Face functionality on Football World/EA SPORTS.com has been temporarily disabled for maintenance, monitoring and upgrade. It will be back online as soon as possible.

Does this explain the error message:

"There is no Game Face to download. Go to .....etc to create one"

Even though I've made one and saved it just can't download it into FIFA 10.

If not can you tell me the reason for this error message.

Yea, that's the reason. We'll update this thread as soon as everyone is able to resume generating/uploading their Game Face.

dewiel, i know EA are probably not a fan of me right now regarding the Game Face problem.

EA did say yesterday they couldnt give an ETA

But can you please shed some light on if it will be a matter of hours,days,weeks?

Because im very stupid and would sit here refreshing this forum every minute otherwise

I wish I could, but I do not know at this point. I can tell you that the team has literally been working non stop to fix the issues. I'd say check back every few hours at this point, and if I do get more information, I'll make sure and pass it along.

its still not working at 6.27 uk time, fifa 10 game says i dont have a face to download, my footballworld page shows 3d face perfect and i can rotate and zoom it but every time i go into gameface creator and save it again for fifa 10, i get an error has occured please try again, why wont it save ffs ?

Im getting sick of this and i cant believe EA made this a trophy as well, im thinking this is going to be an int. league trophy thing I can never get, be another platinum thats broken
