This is a little "How-To" for NVIDIA gfx card owners, that would like to tun the single player mode of Medal of Honor with FSAA enabled (until there is a patch or a NVIDIA driver that supports this officially)

download + install the latest NVIDIA drivers (260.89) - it might work with older 2xx.xx driver - try yourself
download + install the NVIDIA Instpector -> http://blog.orbmu2k.de/tools/nvidia-inspector-tool
now you can start:

- open NVIDIA Inspector(run as admin!), select the "Medal of Honor 2010" profile and and change the "Antialiasing Compatibility" to one of the following values: (after that, hit apply)

UPDATE:
- you can try different Antialiasing Compatibility values, if you have gfx/performance errors:

0x00000041 (Warmonger)
0x000030C1 (StarCraft II)
0x0000F0C1 (S.T.A.L.K.E.R - Clear Sky, S.T.A.L.K.E.R - Shadow of Chernobyl)

- then change the MoH profile in the NVIDIA Control Panel, choose "Override any application setting"
- now you can choose an FSAA mode you like and/or your card supports - hit apply, that's it

Doesn't work for me.

Did exactly what you said. GTX460, win 7 64 bit.

There is no AA applied and my weapon becomes 'invisible' like in a predator kinda way.

to be honest with you i actually went in and deleted my drivers completely and then went to the nvidia site and downloaded the current driver using the let nvidia check your system function. after that i restarted the machine and opened the game and the issue stopped. i didnt have to play with any menu options or settings...downloading the drivers takes all of 5 minutes to do if nothing else works... try deleting the drivers by going in tot he hardware manager and finding the card that way then go to nvidia and get the current and install it fresh.

Do you mean that the latest nvidia driver can force AA in the singleplayer campaign? I don't understand what you are trying to say.

I can't enable AA in any way. It looks terrible.

Try the latest NVIDIA beta drivers (http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-winvista-64bit-260.89-beta-driver.html) with a clean install (new installation option in the drivers menu).

It worked for me when I changed the value of Antialiasing Compatibility (DX10) which is weird since the single-player engine doesn't even support DX10 features...

And yeah you need a really good video card. Without AA I get 40 fps with everything at high PLUS graphics tweaks in the MOHAEngine.ini on my 9800 GT, but with AA on I get around 10-15 fps.

Edit: Ok the Starcraft 2 value works better, more playable.

The game definatly looks much better with .INI tweaks and AA on.

I'm curious, what kind of ini tweaks?
