I have uploaded some photos to my EA profile where it says to for Tiger Woods 10, how long does it take from the time they receive the photo to the time it able to be downloaded to my x-box?

I also have that same problem (PS3). I've upload my picture to easportworld, but I can't download that picture when i'm trying. In TW says that "you can download face IMMEDIATELY".

I believe that you both need to have your PSN ID / gamertags linked with your EA accounts.

@TheMissingLink5 - I linked your EA account to your gamertag. Try to download the gameface now and let me know if it works. If it does not, then please PM me the email address and username you use to log in to EASportsWorld

my question is i uploaded my pic here went through all the pointers and alligned the markers on my face then it created a photo for me, when i connect to my golfer and go to game face the pic is there but i have to go through whole procedure agaian and when its done looks nothing like me. cant i use the pic that was created here? thanks in advance!

I'm having trouble as well getting my pics to upload to TW10. I have an XBOX 360 and when I go to create my golfer, I get as far as seeing the thumbnail images of my face but when I try to download them, I get a message saying that it couldn't get the image from the server.

i'm also haaving problems linking my account to my ps3. its been two days i thought I might havee to wait a couple of days but not having ne luck. plz help

I created my gameface but when I go to put it in the game it says you have not uploaded any photos to the ea server. what do I need to do?? please help

Hi there.

1. Go to http://help.easports.com

2. In the search menu, type in Game Face, and hit Search

3. A list of all of the latest Game Face information and troubleshooting will be listed

If you are having trouble with the process after looking through the Game Face information, you'll need to:

1. Go to the Email Us option under the Support Links to the left of the page

2. Fill in your console under platform,

3. Enter in FIFA 10 for the game

4. Select technical then error for the category

5. You may have the option to Chat Live with a Customer Service Rep at this point

6. If not, click the continue with email option, and include the following information in your email:

a. What is the main issue that you are running into? Where are you being held up at in the process? What message are you seeing when you get held up?

b. What console are you trying to upload your Game Face to? If you're using a XBOX 360, can you verify if you have a XBOX Live Gold Account or not?

c. What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?

d. What time did the issue occur? If you tried multiple times, can you provide us with a general estimate of when the last time you ran into the issue was?

e. What are your PC specs? Specifically, RAM, CPU and Graphic card type, and memory?

7. You also have the option to upload screen shots of any of the issues that you are seeing.

8. Click Finish and Save

9. A Customer Service Rep will be in contact with you via email within 24 hours.

please link my xbox live account with my easports world account..

I have my gamertag linked to my madturbosnake name, and when i go to create a player on tiger woods 10, it keeps saying searching until it times out do I need to stay logged in on my computer, I even tried logging in on my xbox 360 through easportsworld. I have pictures on my account here that i added and when i log in here shows their there.

now it says havent uploaded any photos when they are clearly listed here

I am having issues uploading Game Face as well. When I try to upload, it says "You are not connected to the online service, or the EA servers", which I think I am because it tells me I am every time I reset the game. Any help would be appreciated.
