I just recently re-installed BF2142, and whenever i try to log-in it say "cd key has already been registered with account" how do i fix this?

You will need to play with the same account name that you did originally. Call EA Support and they can fetch it for you as long as you convince them you are legit. If you bought the game used you must get the account info from the original owner or you are out of luck.

i am having the same problem, i have 2 cd keys and i ive searched for hours to figure out which cd key belongs to which account which is absolutly rediculous. if i can please get and EA admin to pm me ill give you both to figure out which one is jaybud20008...

the best reason for this i came up with is installing one, uninstalling it, than installing the other and now their both unusuable..?

'm having the same problem but I just installed the program.... first time using the program and I cant get past the login screen because it says cd key has already been registered with account

But I've never played an EA game on my PC before.

perfectbee you have to contact an EA admin to get your account registered correctly. their system is complete bs and is only setup this way for this game. get a hold of an admin at support.ea.com/chat

same problem here,mostly i am pleased with the ea games but the support system leaves a bit to be desired.i paid for this game and downloaded it from the site and then my computer crashed and i had to reinstall and now it does not work with the same login info that i was using before the crash.i emailed the support link and i got a message that they were not accepting emails to that link.then i stayed online waiting for the chat tech to help and when i was next in line i was booted.i just need to know how i can get into 2142 and change the login info so it will work.
