I was watching some clips of 40th Days multiplayer and it didn't look like there was a crosshair when the player was running. One of the things I liked about the original Ao2 was that it was a much more dynamic and mobile than similar games like Gears of War, so I hope I am mistaken. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Edit: I just realized I should have posted this in the 'Questions for devs' topic, but I don't see anyway to delete this thread.

I don't think there's going to be cross hairs while running, probably because it makes it too easy, and when in cover you can be as accurate as if you were normally shooting

Yeah, there is no crosshair while running--but i think Ao2:TFD is more mobile than Ao2. Now you can actually sprint, and it's certainly more mobile than most games (you can easily slide into cover, jump over it, run between it, and never "locked" into place behind cover, etc).

So does this mean that players can no longer shoot while running? Or will it just be very inaccurate? One of my favorite ways of playing the original was running and gunning with a shotgun or high accuracy weapon like the S-System, and this seems like it would hamper that playstyle.

Yeah, you can still shoot while running, it'll just be difficult.
