I have been experiencing the same problem with frozen loading page after counter reaches 100. It occured yesterday. I have played one whole season in QMJHL in Be a Pro Mode and then I have been playing NHL season 2012/2013, appr. 25 matches. I wish that some patch will resolve this because honestly, it would be very unmotivating to play the whole Be a Pro Mode again.

I'm having the same freezing problem as well with BaP. Good to hear it's not just me.

Same issues here with Be A Pro. If it's not one bug in the game, it's another. NHL 12 has to be the worst EA experience I've ever had. Disappointing to say the least.

Having the same problem. I am unable to access my saved game. Load screen freezes at 100% and I have to reset PS3. So it doesn't seem to be a PS3 error, but a game error.

I am hoping someone can respond to us quickly about this.

Hey guys, I have the same issue - and a "workaround". I have found out that I must enter some other playing mode and start a game or a practice or something, and then I'm able to load my BAP again.

I was really scared that all my efforts in BAP were forever lost, so I understand how you are feeling right now. Please try the approach described. I have succeeded by first playing HUT, EASHL Drop-In, and practice (1 vs 0).

Just turn off your internet connection on the ps3 if you are stuck getting into Be a Gm/Be a Pro/Be a Legend etc.

It is due to a video that EA has playing in the background that causes the freeze/stall on loading saves.

I bought this game brand new a few days ago and played alittle bit. Than I made an Online Pro. But everytime i go into a game the Name for my player is never right. It isnt a bad name or anything, just my real name. Why isnt it working?

hey guys my buddy has an issue trying to join my club in eashl tells him he doesn't have permission to acesss or except ..any ideas?..he is logged in as the lead nhl profile his on line pass is current. he can go in an play a drop in gm...but cannot join my club...any ideas would be greatly appreciated.thx also he has not joined a club before.

I resolved the problem, I think. I tried "Ultimate Hockey Team" only to download new rosters (not playing ultimate hockey team), then I went to quick online game with 3 different people (it means 3 matches) and then my load to BE A PRO was successful and it is working since then. I have no idea how these steps I went through has anything to do with unfreezing the game, but it's working so who cares. So people, try these steps as me and let us all know if it was successful.

If you have problems loading the BAP save game you can also try this: don't log in into PSN, start NHL12, load BAP, finally log in into PSN. Works 100% for me. Not sure if that's what ailwyn meant (turn off internet connection)...

I hope this can get fixed with the January patch, but maybe EA can take take a look at the powerplay statistics in BAP mode. In my BAP careers my team's PP statistics are completely wrong (sometimes even >100%) because the game does not count the powerplays properly. I have just finished another game and although the opponent has 8 penalty minutes my team was zero times on PP according to the game statistics.

EDIT: Looks like PP is counted correctly if I'm on the ice myself, but especially in the beginning of the career that is mostly not the case and statistics are messed up.

In my BAP my character never to gets to play in any special team situations. So never on the PP PK and shoot out. Makes no sense to me have never had this happen in any other NHL game before. Anyone having the same issue or have any suggestions?? Kinda sucks when you're the top scorer in the NHL and get ZERO power play time....pretty sure that would never really happen in the NHL.

So I tried BAP Goalie. I let in 2 goals, both were deflections where I managed to get a piece of it but not enough, and my team played so bad they couldn't score one goal on the other team, and my coach blames me for the loss with his comments, and I got zero XP across the board. Furthermore the coach gave a comment about the huge saves I made to keep my team in the game. ZERO XP???

Not sure I want to bother with BAP Goalie when I'm league MVP with my BAP skater. Not sure I'm gonna buy NHL 13 when it comes out, too many problems and things I didn't like in NHL 12, and it seems like lots of issues aren't being fixed just so they can fix them in NHL 13 and get people to buy it for that reason. I'm not saying that is a fact, and it would be denied anyways I'm sure, but it sure seems like it.

Another suggestion would be to have the comments both from the in game play by play and color commentator and your coach be more realistic and in line with what is happening. Like don't blame me for the loss when it was a lousy game by the guys out front. And make comments more specific such as he had a great second period, or this guy's someone to watch for on the power play, or whatever. How about keeping track of stats for better comments, like the last time the these two teams met, so and so took that game, or so and so has failed to win on home ice in the last 4 starts. A lot times I play teams back to back, and it would be nice to hear something that talks about what happened during the last game.

And fix the XP issue for the goalies. I only get XP if I sim games, if I play them and lose I get zeroes and that's not fair even the best goalies lose a game here and there, often when their team plays crappy, but that still counts as experience.

I never play goalie and cannot comment on related issues. However, in general, I doubt the current game can properly value good/bad actions on the ice. I sometimes get lots of xp and don't know why, then I play great and get less than 10 xp. If you look at the replay highlights you often see hits, but so many great chances are skipped. If this choice is based on the same mechanism that determines good plays and xp, then I'm not surprised about some of the xp ratings.

One thing that really pisses me off: playing as a goalie in be a pro, the defense is SOOO bad, I think sometimes they don't know what a puck is and what to do with it when they see it. I've had so many cross crease goals go by me I feel like a fricken buffet; take all the goals you want, just pass cross crease. It also doesn't help that I'm in the OHL and my stats are so bad I can't even get to the other side of the net in time. PLEASE fix it, make the defense DO something. My GAA is like 3.25 lol -_-
