You should be able to edit the boxers off-line as off-line is a personal game mode where you should be able to edit the boxers without effecting anybody else.
This would help give Fight Night round 4 longevity as different fighters attributes can change during the course of their career, or your opinions change.
This is a must have for Fight Night round 5.
I would like to give Morrison a more stocky build with short hair an a full goatee, Tyson a diffrent hair cut and Chambers a different body build. Also I would give Mosley a lighter skin tone

This would let us create the desired fighters ratings we would like too give them for offline only. Cabs for online still get the points cap.
Add this plus a Offline Exibition Title Mode with the created Cabs from the Community and that would be awesome for Offline Parties.
Signed... especially the part about getting rid of the attribute point cap. Good stuff.

We need the features outlined by Country in this topic as an update now, more so than any other update or DLC.
Oh and we need the weight class limits for certain attributes, including: Hand Speed (Tyson & Ali need more than 80%!) and Foot Speed (Tyson & Ali need more than 70%!) increased to accommodate such amazing individuals that break the traditional limitations of their weight classes. I mean for instance a prime Tyson under Kevin Rooney could do a 4 punch combination in under 1 second, but in the game he is significantly slower (Even the faster Ali at 80% HS can't do that in FNR4).

I PM'd Mike Mahar regarding the ability to edit the attributes of licensed boxers in the new December update, I shall post my PM and his reply PM here for you guys to see.
My PM:
Dear Mike, I firstly like to say thanks to you and the rest of the team for your continued dedication and hard work in creating DLC and consistently updating FNR4. Now as I fan who is very happy to hear the news that we will be able to duplicated and edit licensed boxers come the December Update, I was wondering if you would care to answer two important questions regarding this feature.
The first being, will weight class limits on Hand Speed and Foot Speed be raised?
I believe that in terms of Hand Speed: Tyson & Ali need more than 80% and for Foot Speed: Tyson & Ali need more than 70%. So such limits should be increased to accommodate for such amazing individuals that broke the traditional limitations of their weight classes. I mean for instance a prime Tyson under Kevin Rooney could do a 4 punch combination in under 1 second, but in the game he is significantly slower (Even the faster Ali at 80% Hand Speed can't do that in-game.) Therefore I would like to propose that you raise the Hand Speed Limit for Heavyweights to 90% and the Foot Speed limit to 80%. As such editing is for offline only anyway, this should allow people to experience the boxers in the way that they view as most realistic, while not annoying external people.
My second question is about what the Overall Attribute limit for these licensed boxers will be, as currently I notice the highest rated boxer in the game is Ray Robinson with 93% OVR. Personally I would suggest that if you are not willing to increase the limit to 100%, that you would please set it to at least 94-95% so that it can accommodate for many fans personal opinions on the greatness of certain boxing legends.
His Reply:
There is a limit placed on overall ratings points.
We give the user a few more points to play with but it's up to the user to take the budget from the existing fighter and redistribute were they see fit.
My comment on his reply: I know that I shouldn't jump to conclusions about what Mike means by "a few more points to play with" but I am extremely worried it will only be a small number. This would be devastatingly disappointing for me as I desperately wanted to create a 1988 Spinks fight Mike Tyson with approx 94% overall, but with only a few more points i'll be lucky to even make him 90%. Essentially I might only be able to slightly improve his Chin to a bit less underrated level and the multiple other heavily underrated attributes on him will have to remain completely off, unless for some reason I felt like ruining his other attributes as I "redistribute were they (I) see fit", although as I say that wouldn't solve anything as it would just make other stuff disgustingly underrated.
Please guys, tell me that I am not correct in my interpretation of "a few more points" because otherwise my (and I assume many of yours too) dream of fixing underrated boxers, especially Tyson is now in pieces, just after it was built right up to a high level of excitement after it was announced we would finally be able to edit the licensed boxers.
