trades on be a pro

i see other teams trading etc but have yet to see a trade by either the farm or pro that i play for. Does y team trade too? Can I be traded?

Yea, it happens, you'll have the GM talk to you, saying that they made a trade and it might shake up the lines or some such.

I don't think my team traded any players during the season until year 3. Of course if you got drafted early your team will probably be young and rebuilding, which would make them less willing to trade players (it's true for BAGM so I guess it could be true for BAP to).

The interesting thing about the notification is that you have often already played a game with your new team mate (if they got someone who make the NHL team) when you get the heads up.

my team finally made a trade but now the question is, can they trade me? i am really interested to find out if anyone has had their player traded in BAP mode.

In 09 I did, but I haven't gone more than a couple years in a BAP this year.

I'm in my 7th BAP year and I haven't been traded yet. Maybe they want to hang on to me for my 3 consecutive Rocket trophies and 2 straight MVPs?

after your contract runs out do they just auto resign you? there should be a demand trade option.

Depending on how many games you've actually played you may get offers from other teams. There is no Demand Trade option, and you don't get to negotiate your own contracts.

In my BaP I was drafted by Tampa Bay, spent three years there. Signed a one year with Minnesota, and around trade deadline I was traded to NYR despite the fact I was leading the team in points averaging more than one a game. After that I signed a four year deal with Boston and literally 3 DAYS AFTER I had signed my contract I was traded to Nashville.

So yeah I'm a little upset but I'm assuming I'll be traded atleast once more so I don't have to stay with Nashville.
