holy poop!!! awesome

Bernard Hopkins, Sonny Liston and Evander Holyfield as playable boxers, the DLC pack will also include two all-new game modes. The first, Old School Rules brings a new take to the traditional boxing experience, while the second, Ring Rivalries, allows you to re-create some of the greatest match ups in boxing history

AWESOME!!!!

Sweet, But is that the full list of boxers we are getting? I was hoping for Holmes, Marciano and maybe a couple current fighters.

For those who can please HELP HAITI! Text 'YELE' to 501501 and donate $5! It's a price of a breakfast. Thank you

Just realised it says they are headlining the DLC pack, still not sure if it means there will be other new boxers with the pack.

Joefightnight will jizz his pants when he sees this post, he had to have been the person most looking forward to the next DLC pack.

I don't care anymore. I like all the new boxers but the game has too many problems and the online mode is a cheesers paradise and is almost dead.

SWEET!!!! Hopkins AND Commander Vander,,,, I think I just peed a liiiiittle bit! Hope we see some screenshots soon. The old school game mode sounds like the hard hits mode of fight nights past. Takes a KD to end a round. Oh well, maybe the rivalry mode will be more interesting and hopefully contain some vids of actual fights they are setting up.

Exactly, there better be some fixes too, otherwise you are just going to get people spinning, glue feeting, spamming and block flicking with Holyfield and Hopkins instead of Tyson, Hagler and SRR.
Same *, different fighter.

No-one's commented on the price tag yet. For $10 they better fix on-line. I also wonder if it will be too little, too late. I'll be getting it as I'm a boxing fan and continue to live in hope EA will fix the game, but for many $10 will be 20% towards a new game, especially in the holiday period, $10 is pocket change for me as I'm a bit older but for younger people $10 might be seen as better put towards a new title?!

while the second, Ring Rivalries, allows you to re-create some of the greatest match ups in boxing history

this is a bit confusing
what is this supposed to be?

we can already do this
surely the whole point of the game is to re-create some of the greatest match ups in boxing history
its not really a new mode

unless you are adding a bit more to the 'Fight Now' mode
can anyone help an tired and confused brain?

Probably allows Hagler, Hearns, Leonard and Duran to fight for a start. The way it's set up now you cannot do all those combinatioons of fights as you should be able to do.

I'll pay 10 bucks for it. It's worth it to me. Xbox live is charging 10 bucks for the arcarde title Turtles in Time ( origanlly 15 dollars ), and that's just for some arcade game. We're getting all these boxers plus updates. I'll pay for that.
