Great way to allow people into the Beta, it is something for the fans who are already going to give their support and buy the final product, not just the people who want a free trial of an unreleased game.

Let's just hope DICE reveal plans for people in the UK to get into this Beta. Just tell me where I have to order DICE and I am right on it. Can't wait to start tearing it up in the Atacama Desert, gives me a Karkand vibe.

Actually the only thing ive read so far only says PS3. So....Ps3 is for sure, not positive on 360 and PC though

The game is still 4 months from release so is most likely still in Beta stage. Therefore any design changes that need to be made between now and release including server infrastructure or balance tweaks can be implemented in time. Thus the beta requires feedback from us, the fans to be succesfull. If you are going to treat it like a simple demo you would recieve once the game has gone gold then you are doing a serious disservice to DICE.

As of today there is no official Battlefield Bad Company 2 Beta and I wanted to warn people out there of fake/hoax sites perpetrating to have a sign-up for one. We do not have any form of beta sign-ups, nor would we ever endorse such a practice or shady url to do so. Please do not let these e-tards take advantage of your enthusiasm for BFBC2 in their scam and only give them the middle-finger if anything. So, unless you read it here or from our official Twitter page it isn't real.

Why is this only for Playstation 3? do they not care what xbox and pc users have to say??

I called one of my local gamestops and they said they have the codes coming in for both 360 and PS3. Why would gamestop put it on their website and one of there stores say they have codes coming in if it isn't legit? I can understand DICE telling people to be cautious because of all the fake betas lately but this seems legit to me.
