have you guys noticed how just about everybody snaps the ball on the first hut? in real life the NG would crush the center every play if he did that. i think there should be a great jump button for the NG. this would force my opponent to mix up his cadence. if i know my opponent is going to snap the ball on the 1st hut everytime i should be able to get a great jump off the LOS and beat the OL more often.

it's already in the game, and it has been in the game for some time now since 07 or 08, the difference this year is that you don't get the on screen prompt unless your play calling style is intermediate or lower.

The reason people snap on the first hut is because of the accelerated play clock, and fake hiking more than twice causes a guaranteed false start.

Without lineman there would be no football.

and like Tre said, more then twice is guaranteed false start. Hell, for me, if I do it twice it's a false start most of the time.

You always know when it's a great jump also because your lineman will get right around.

Actually, there would be football, but it would be called 7-on-7.

Every team does it ever year.

i don't think the great jump button is on the PS3. anyways, in real football the defensive lineman would crush the offensive lineman if the ball was snapped on the 1st hut every time. i don't know if you guys have ever played football before but when i was in the huddle on offense, the offensive lineman would sometimes suggest to the QB that he should alter his cadence(snap count) so the DL wouldn't tee off on the OL. the Defensive lineman will abuse the Offensive lineman if the ball is snapped on "1" every time. WE NEED A GREAT JUMP BUTTON

I used to wish that during the play call screen you could set when the QB kies it and if you hiked on the wrong number, that would cause a false start

The Great Jump button on the PS3 is pulling down on the right analog stick at the snap of the ball.
