For those of you still running into issues with Game Face, please do the following:

1. Go to http://help.easports.com

2. In the search menu, type in Game Face, and hit Search

3. A list of all of the latest Game Face information and troubleshooting will be listed

If you are having trouble with the process after looking through the Game Face information, you'll need to:

1. Go to the Email Us option under the Support Links to the left of the page

2. Fill in your console under platform,

3. Enter in FIFA 10 for the game

4. Select technical then error for the category

5. You may have the option to Chat Live with a Customer Service Rep at this point

6. If not, click the continue with email option, and include the following information in your email:

a. What is the main issue that you are running into? Where are you being held up at in the process? What message are you seeing when you get held up?

b. What console are you trying to upload your Game Face to? If you're using a XBOX 360, can you verify if you have a XBOX Live Gold Account or not?

c. What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?

d. What time did the issue occur? If you tried multiple times, can you provide us with a general estimate of when the last time you ran into the issue was?

e. What are your PC specs? Specifically, RAM, CPU and Graphic card type, and memory?

7. You also have the option to upload screen shots of any of the issues that you are seeing.

8. Click Finish and Save

9. A Customer Service Rep will be in contact with you via email within 24 hours.

MY EA name and ps3 is hotrod177, i just created my face, it created succesfully but it didnt download on my FIFA 10 PS3 download gameface area.. does it take a few days ?

The only issue with it in Fight Night Round 4 was it just wasn't accurate. 90% of boxers I tried to make just didn't look like them. I had the perfect photos but it didn't work well at all. Another issue was skin tone with African Americans. They had no match with the rest of their body color. I don't know how to explain it but the program needs to be accurate!

Guys, I have to say I wound up being very impressed with the Game Face technology and how well it rendered my face when seeing the results last night. You all deserve some kudos for what I imagine was a lot of hard work on your end.

Now, I realize this is only a beta product at this stage and there are much more pressing issues, but I was hoping to make two quick suggestions where customization's concerned; for one, please allow for more hairstyles. I'm a longer-haired guy myself, and none of the default styles on offer really comes close to how I wear my hair in real life. Obviously in-game this is hardly an issue seeing as we can apply a different style, but for the online avatar itself I'm stuck with a faux-hawk, haha. It's not the end of the world, granted, but something closer to reality would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Secondly, please allow for something else for my avatar to wear besides the generic blue smock. Again, certainly not the end of the world, but for aesthetics some more variety would go a long way. Maybe a black smock, for example?

Anyway, thanks for reading and once again kudos to those who've created the tool. I'm really looking forward to the finished product to see what additional functionality'll be on offer.

everytime i click on the link it says error whats up why did i waste my time creating an account with you guys if your admin cant even maintain a server??

Sad loading time. Whenever I open the Game Face Editor, everything keeps loading even if I refresh the pages. This is not being caused due to my computer, unless Vista is it.

Whenever the Editor is finally loaded, simply barely anything works. I can't modify the hairstyles etc. The only thing I can modify are the distance between eyes, cheeks, jaws and such. This is a great invention, but barely works.

I hope this can be fixed quite soon.

EDIT: NONE of the hairstyles are working, the rest works fine after restarting a couple of times...

I hate to sound like everyone else, but every time I try to generate my game face it keeps saying opperation error. What is this? and what am I doing wrong? Will someone give some useful advice, alot of people seem to be having the same issues but noone seems to be addressing the issue, someone will ask what the issue is but it seems quite obvious, and as soon as someone says what the issue is, the admins seem to stop responding, what the hell is going on, I'm starting to think bad things about EA, its cool that they have this, but its been out for a few years now, it should be working by now, come on this is rediculous!

Also, people who keep joining these forums to post adds, f**k off, we are not going to by your s**t, this is for people with actual issues we are not interested in buying stuff.

Many teams in NCAA football 2011 for PS2 have the names of the players appear on the back of the jersey (Example. QB 12, RB 5 etc..) the Miami Hurricane team is blank. This happened because in NCAA 2009 you removed the graphics because in real life the names were removed. However the following year in real life the coach put the names back on the jersey. EA never updated the game to put the graphics back on the jersey. As you are aware die hard fans edit the teams to put the players names on the jersey, when you do this for Miami nothing appears because of the error. I am hoping that for NCAA Football 2012 for "PS2" this error is corrected. Thank you for your time. P.S. you corrected this for PS3 just missed PS2.
