I can't play against a friend online...

ok, me and my boy can't play against each other. It happened to a couple other people i was matched up against in ranked too (not many, but some). What happened was... We both get in the game and he shows up as the cardinals (even though that's not the team he's choosing) and i show up as the cards for him (even though that's not the team i chose) then it says he has left the game on my screen and tells him that I left. We try over and over again but it keeps doing that. What is goin' on? Why can't we face each other?

I was having the same issue. I was running my connection from a wireless router. Haven't had the problem since I ran a hardline directly from my cable modem to my ps3. I suggest u try that. Hope it works.

That stll will not work. My buddies and I can not have a online franchise or play a game online because of this. Can someone please help us? (like playstation) They have time in the word to do monday night switches but can not fix this problem. If it can not be fixed you just lost 20 customers for upcoming years

Wow. I am having the same problem. My brother in law bought the game last week. We havent been able to play eachother.

I have had this happen with 2 other people. My other brother in law went, will say his name is Bill, up north and took his ps3 with him. He was in the same general area as the first brother in law, we will say his name is Ted. I could play neither of them. Untill Bill came back home. Now I can play Bill, but I still cant play Ted.

Also about a month ago I couldent play a friend of mine from Pittsburg, for the same reason. If he took his ps3 to his buddies house we could play just fine. And then all of the sudden we tried again a week later and we could play just fine.

What is going on? This sucks because Ted bought this thing mainly so we could play eachother.

Can any one clue us in. I know we are not the only ones this is happening to.
