Madden 2010 Freezing (PS3)

I get to the conference championship game in madden 2010 and it freezes. The game has never froze before. I've tried playing the game 5 times now, and it has frozen all 5 times. It's freezing after only a minute or two into the first qtr and it freezes everytime on the playbook screen, right after i choose a formation. This problem is only happening in my franchise mode. If I play a regular game there is not an issue. The other thing I've noticed too is that the weather never changes for my conf champ game. After having to reboot the game 5 times, i figured that the weather would atleast change but it seems to stay the same. Anyone know what is going on?

*Make that 6 times. Just tried it again, and it froze 2min into the first qtr. And again it froze on the playbook screen after I picked my formation, and it is only freezing when im on offense. And in all 6 games, the weather has been 24 degrees and snowing.

*I also tried simulating the game, and my team won, yet it skipped the super bowl, and went straight to the pro bowl. It didn't even show the super bowl on the league schedule.

It might be your PS3, error 80010514 it freezes ps3 games but works with ps2 games. My PS3 is broken because of this.

i think its ur madden. i cant go to the lobby's cuz it freezes a lot n madden 10. i thought it was my ps3 so i rebooted my system but some *. but only n madden, try to put ur ps3 different angles, c if tht work. My psn name is xxU_SCARED_BOYxx....
