Of THIS year. As far as I know BC2 comes out in 2010
But yeah, there weren't many cool games released this year...FIFA 2010 had nothing new compared to 2009, NBA neither. Halo 3 ODST, might have been a hit but is a complete rip-off. Only Halo fanboys bought that. Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising had horrific multiplayer, but not as bad as MW2. ARMA II isn't mainstream enough to take the win.

So honestly the battle this year was between MW2 and itself. No real competitors.

60 dollars.
Less than 5 hours of "fun"
Same maps.
Same graphics.
Same weapons.
Never as intense as claimed.

I don't know about graphics fidelity without playing it, but 1 big thought occurred to me - some of that totally unscripted Arica MP trailer reminds me of MW1 and 2 single player scripted cinematic events. That's gotta say something, it looks both graphically impressive and intense.
