Relocation in madden has always been a want for me. I have always wanted to "mix up" my franchise after a while and every year it seems to get worst and worst. They got rid of just rebuild stadium which was highly stupid but this is what i would like to see in future maddens for relocating a team. Most features can play into C.A.T

Start up-
Your first page is where you choose the basics, Team name, Team Nickname, Team Colors<Color wheel> and then you get to choose where you want your team to be located. There will be a similar look to how it is now but a lot more in depth. Youll get teams from all over the world incuding, Mexico city, Vancover, London, Hawii. There is a very similar list to the one in Madden 10 but with of course the additnoles that i listed above and much more. There will be a similar percentage of the overall need for a team. Ranging from 99% to the lowest being 7%. the overall is mainly created from the Quick Facts. If you are thinking of relocating to say.... Honolulu.
The quick facts would include the population of 905,034 people, and A growth rate of 2%.
Then there would be a some facts on the weather of Honolulu. Its has a hotter climate, medium chance of rain, high chance of storm. Comared to moving to London where it would be a climate of colder climate, large chance of rain and some chance of storm. Depending on the weather, the better chance of the weather being more towards that.
Lastly would be other, which would include past and present sporting teams, City colors, Fan base of football. After you choose where you would like the team to be, 1-3 options pop up for a possible team first name's.

Logos and Uniforms-
Then you would go into what you want your team to look like, choose what logo you want, from past teams, Present teams, Other E.A created logos, and even the ability to upload any pic you want from the computer, including homemade. Then you can customize the Primary and secondary logos colors. This is a very similar setup for the Stadium Builder for Ncaa 10 along with the Uniform creating. you can choose where you want the logo to be, the colors and almost everything you could imagine for uniform customisation. If you dont want to waste to much time, you can go through some of the E.A made uniforms dependning on the team colors and the logos, theyll will give you a few diffrent choices. you can choose the home and away, and as many alternats as you want, including your soon to be throwback uniform can still be used.

Stadium-
You may choose what your stadium looks like inside and out. you first build the outside of the stadium, You can choose what its made of, the colors, dome,outdoor or retractable, grass, Turf or that other weird turf, color of grass or turf and maybe a place to tailgate and just the outter rounding of te stadium. then, you choose what the stadium looks outside, you can choose how many floors you want, the color of almost anything, were you want certain logos on the field, luxury boxes, you can make a stadium with a max of 110,000 seats. and many other things like the size of the tv, were the cuts are in the stadium and much more. If you want to move some place were they already have a stadium like the Aloha stadium, you may choose that. there is also a few other E.A created ones.

Money-
After all your choosing, now its time to get to bussiness. Getting to the cost of the stadium, the move, and everything else it comes into relocating, a few things will be generated. How long it will take to move, 1-3 years, and how your going to pay for this. how much the "people" have to pay from there tax dollars and so on. After sudmitting, they will look into this and then you will be told if the relocation plan was rejected or accepted. If rejected you may send in two more finacheal reports. After that, you can no longer.

Final doo'ings-
The jerseys are selling, the new fans are excited and a new city was just awarded a franchise.

Yeah, new logos and having the announcers say the teams name and the city etc. would be nice. Also can we please have the ability to put the team name under the collar like most teams in the NFL do?!?!?! And please update the jerseys!!!
