I have the following Problem:
A few weeks ago i bought NFS Shift, installed, created a profile and I played online. I switched from Vista to Windows7 Ultimate. (+ Format //:C) Now, I Re-installed the game, created a profile with the same name and i wanted to log-in with my old NFS account. But it didn't work (Key already used) I can't create a new account with the Key (same error)
I couldn't find any kiind of "profile data" in the NFS folder (on my old system), so I supposed that the profile'd be saved online. Is there any possibility to solve this problem? Maybe a profile transfer?

My game is genuine and key is in use.

I think you need to log in with your email, not username.
