Not sure what to think of it.
I have no idea what condition he's really in, but I have heard alot of different stuff including some really bad things.
Hope he gets well soon, hope we get some official word on this aswell.

Intestinal surgery.... that's really not good, IF he fights again it won't be for at least a year and a half, those are some very major surgeries with huge recovery times.

I hope he does get better but this really sucks for the MMA fans if he does go out. It will always be a what if. What if he had the chance to fight Fedor or what if him and Mir got to fight again ya know? Also even if he does come back and loses it will be blamed probably on the surgery or the sickness like Nog or Mir.
Hopefully it isnt something super serious and he get to come back and fight.

It all depends, Lesner owns Property about 20 minutes away from me, But he is spending a crap load of time in Minni so he can be close to the Mayo centre. He has Mono, that was confirmed, but the other thing he has no one is talking about and he is keeping it tight. We know it's not cancer , aids, or any other Pandemic sickness, but what ever it is it's really bad.

It's unknown right now. The local news (Winnipeg where he had his surgery) said he had a procidure done to remove a infection from his Intestines, at the Health Science center in Dontown Winnipeg.

Because they can sell more tickets/PPV buys promoting a guy who "fought back against a career ending disease from the brink of death", then they can sell by just saying "Well he missed a few months becasue he was constipated".

Don't count him out yet. Drew McFederies had some foul stuff go down with his body, and he still came back to scrap. I think if Lesnar has any chance of coming back, he's going to be hungry enough to come back. I still wonder what he caught, though....

Well since I just read this and haven't seen anyone post it here, here's a bit of an update on what's going on with Brock and what was wrong with him.
http://sports.yahoo.com/mma/news;_ylt=AnF92qbPdBto8d4whsNLdkJYEo14?slug=dw-white111809&prov=yhoo&type=lgns
I think the story from Yahoo was summarized on wiki pretty well.
In addition to mononucleosis, it was revealed that Lesnar was suffering from a serious intestinal disorder called Diverticulitis that would require a surgical procedure. After further diagnosis, on November 16 Lesnar underwent surgery to close a perforation in his intestine that had been leaking fecal matter into his abdomen, causing pain, abscesses, and overtaxing his immune system to the point that he contracted mononucleosis. From the level of damage to Lesnar's system, the surgeon guessed that the intestinal condition had been ongoing for around a year.
