When I logged on to BF: BC1 today all my stats had been erased. I can't earn any points either. Then only thing it saved was my dog tags. I've heard reports of others saying the same has happened to them. This in only temp, right?

This exact same thing happened to me too, and interestingly enough, on the same day. In my case, it has to have started somewhere between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but it still hasn't been resolved... Maybe a network glitch or EA maintenance operation?

Just played for 2 hours with my son. LOgged out. Logged in to check stats and .... poof ... nothing there for either of us. Is this a maintenance outage or are our ranks and unlocks gone???

this just happened to me too...no unlocks, rank is back to beginning, only dog tags and trophies stayed....thank god im not the only person i was worried for a min..

I just logged in now and i started a match and noticed all of my guns were gone. I checked my rank, AND I WAS LEVEL 1!!!!! I just got to level 25 2 days ago, and now all my progress is gone?!?!?!?!? And all i have now are my stupid dog tags. I NEED TO GET MY GUNS BACK! PLEASE HELP.

It is probably a server outage (I hope).

Same for me and a friend. It's happened before but been fixed quickly, but it's been nearly a day and I'm getting a little concerned now.

Man.. EA need to fix this, this isn't fair i got lvl 25 yesterday played 1 hour with my new weapons and now it's al gone !!!

Anyone here who has lost their stats also sign up for a BFBC2 beta? I did and wondering if it's related.

Does anyone know if EA has acknowledged this? Anyone know how to reach them? Are they reading these forums?

I checked my soldier profile on Battlefield.com and found everything in tact. So now I'm thinking I shouldn't play BFBC in case it overwrites my correct stats with these n00b settings.

EA PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE!

I know, the exact same thing happened to me, and I'm really upset, I have worked for five months getting to that rank, and now it's gone! I sent a technical issue report to EA but no response yet!
The really weird thing is, when I go onto BattlefieldBadCompany.com and log in, my soldier is still fine, he's at the same level, with all the same unlocks! But that doesn't matter, because I can't use that guy when I play, so upset!
