Today was my final 30 Day Challenge for October. I'm excited about starting up the new 6 week challenge on Friday! My problem is how am I gonna do this while not making all kinds of noises to my neighbors below. They got a bit poundy on the ceiling today during my workout. It's not that I'm making a lot of noise but there are so many loose boards under the carpet that it makes it really hard to even just walk around. No idea what I'm gonna do. I'm open to suggestions.
Final 30 Day Challenge: Hard
Calories Burned: 157.4
Workout Time: 0:29:41
Completed: 16/16
Custom Workout: Hard
Calories Burned: 269.1
Workout Time: 0:33:45
Completed: 24/24
Custom Dance Workout: Easy-Hard
Calories Burned: 253.2
Workout Time: 0:33:45
Completed: 24/24
Total Calories Burned: 679.7
Looking forward to starting MORE WORKOUTS this Friday! Please join us in the new 6 Week Challenge!!!

Hey, good going on the workouts! I have not yet been successful in completing the 30-day challenge, it is a big commitment. You should be proud
I often worry about my neighbour downstairs too, though it isn't a problem just yet.
What time of day do you work out? Would it be possible to change that time to sometime when they're not home? Careful though, changing your schedule might throw you off track all together. I find it hard to do a new schedule.
Is there somewhere else in your apartment where you could exercise? Maybe you are right above their bedroom or something.
Would you feel comfortable talking to them? Explain that you are exercising and it will only happen for an hour or so? Maybe they could suggest a better time. Unless it's disturbing their sleep or something it really isn't that big of a deal in my opinion, they sound like they are being sensitive.
Those are the only things I can think of. Hopefully you can work it out peacefully, hostile neighbours are no fun.
