and no coaching drills afterward to get skills back. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I've seen that is on Live Tournaments.
If that's what you're talking about then it's just normal.

Also,if I remember correctly,there are times you might play one of the challenges in the Career mode and not get the drills afterwards.

I mean the Tournament Challenges in Career Mode. The are quite a lot when you play there's no coaching drills afterward. I'm not referring to the Live Tournaments.
