No. That violates the NDA (Non-disclosure agreement).

But on the german forum at the http://www.battlefield.de/ site there is a thread and the User Gamma (EAM Admin) says that it is allowed to share screenshots and videos. http://www.f7c-foren.de/showthread.php?t=62768

Later he says thats its comming directly from dice that user are allowed to show videos and pictures.

Edit: i just have some nice gameplay, i would share it with the world if it is allowed, dont want to be banned on psn...

I say share and if you get in trouble reference the admin saying DICE allows it . But I just want to see some footage tbh xD

I have asked DICE this and they say yes. The recording of footage is allowed, via pictures or video.
So you all are good to go if you wish to.

I didn't sign (digitally or manually) an NDA that i saw....

I saw on their twitter that they retweeted some guy posting a link to questions about the beta with his HD footage of it. Also, since they do not have an official website that only beta members talk on (we can talk here as well) i think they want the free publicity. Pretty sure you are good.
