Yo Ppl, I am having a problem with trying to subscribe to the newsletter. I keep getting this error:

We're sorry, but there was an error processing your request. Please click here to return to the sign up form.

I think it might be because i used some bs birthdate when i created the account and I have no idea what I used.

Does anyone know if this would be the problem and how to fix it??? Can i reset my birthdate anywhere? Or is my whole account/stats/progress/unlocks toast just because they want me to remember some bs birthday they have no business requiring of me to begin with??

Having a hard time remembering your birthday?

No I entered some random date and no idea what it was. WTF do I have to give my b-day to sign up for the newsletter anyway??? it's beyond me.

How do I fix my b-day with EA???

BTW I'm sure lots of other people didn't enter their correct birthday thinking it did not matter like myself. So there must be others who have run into this...

who would give their real date of birth anyway?
