Hi, I´m Costa Rica Central America, I have a problem when y try to connect in the live tournaments the game display this error or similar The tournaments servers it is currently down please try again later, I bought the game three months ago, it is always the same error, but I can play with other guy in simultaneous play, You can help me, platform WII, game Tiger Woods 10,

After 2 minutes, : There was an error retrieving tournament information from the server

Trying to access Gamernet: OFFLINE MODE ... right top of screen see my userid, so logged in????



One of the main reasons to buy this game was the live tournaments option
and the live weather (also doenst seem to work???)

Please help
Normal online play : no problems

When the reality is: the Servers of EA are garbage, they don’t care if you can play or not!!!

I am buy this game for the live tournaments but I can’t play now and I will never can play!!!

normal online play is good, so no problems with my Internet Provider....

emailed them through the support page, with a copy of the trace/poll.... will see if EA answers.

Yes, I don’t have any problem with my internet provider but the issue is in some router before my internet provider but after the server of EA.

they wanted me to flush DNS and renew IP ... on a PS3.....dumbasses

disabled my modem firewall : no help either...
can post, gamernet clips and play normal online, but still no go for live tournaments

anyone at EA sports reading these fora / threads anyway?????????

I've played for 4 months and never had any problems with live tournaments and in the last 24 hrs ive had approx 40 times, connection was lost, sometimes i get in for a few then again. I move it back & forth from cable connect to wireless and problems for both. tonight all was good. Could ea have just been working on servers?? but don't they usually tell us?

Love live tornaments as i don't want a fast shot clock, ok i'm nervous, i like to take my time. I have a family so i can't have golf as #1 priority.

This quote makes sense to me.
Oh and please dont leave out amatuer for single try. At least the tier events shold be single try.

i'm tier 7 amatuer so far and don't have the time to play 3 times before posting.

You could try restarting your router as this should reset your IP.

On google, found this regarding "flush DNS"

I suggest that you try the "Flush DNS" on the PC that is your home hub, not sure why it would work - no expert but at least you can try.

one of my accounts i dont connect to live tournies or gamernet and on the rest i do. dont know why

I have a Tiger 10 for ps3 and the same problem, can play online but cannot play live tournaments, I have Nat2 with a DMZ in my router with OpenDNS, I think EA take us appart, just watching that nobody of support answer once, we got to be a sheep and play Fifa 10, etc. to play live tournaments.
