Has anybody noticed that if your ball is 1 foot away from the tree in mid flight and it still registers as if you hit the tree? Very anoyying. You know what else? some trees have some holes in them that a ball could fit through, but it stilks registers as if you hit a tree. ea should fix this problem, because unlike real life if its heading anywere near a tree its a definite tree hit and sucks.

350 yds? no problem.

Hey hitter,

Part of the problem may be in your options. Load your golfer then go to game setup and scroll down until you get to the tree option. Under tree option there is a sub menu. Click on that. When you open that up, scroll down to tree hitting. Make sure you turn tree hitting off. Then save your changes. Then go online and play in a game.Make sure it is a ranked game and is against a level 1 or level 2 player. When you see your first tree, aim directly for it. Hit it at 100% and you will notice that the tree will shrink until the ball flies directly over it. After the ball flies over the tree, it will resume it's original height. This has always worked for me and I have not hit a tree since!

Hog, I tried your suggestion, and it didn't work at all. All it did was make me lose a ton of points. I am so angry at you. Can you PM me and tell me what I did wrong, because I obviously didn't do it right...

The problem, NCD, is that you failed to precede the resetting of the tree option by downloading the intent.exe file from EA.com. Wnen properly installed, intent.exe causes the ball to do what you wanted it to do instead of what your execution of the shot caused it to do. Intent.exe is available to all players below the top 100 free of charge. Top 100 players must submit a justification, in triplicate, for why their already considerable abilities should be further enhanced. You must accompany your justification with a money order, made out to Giacomo, for $5000.

@Longhitter
Is that why they call em "woods"?
Here's the fix:
Go to club tuner and adjust your drivers to have maximum loft.
Then change the name of your character to "Averagelenghthitter"
I don't have problems with the trees but man you out drive drive me by a long way on those fairways without em.

its not like i hit them often. 1 time per 72 holes. im not changing the distance of my driver just to avoid a rare occasion which im skillful enough to deal with.

350 yds? no problem.

Hey Hog, wasn´t able to find that option But after doing a lot of research with google, it seems that you must have an Zelda "Princess of Darknes" save file, then you have to insert an Super Mario Kart Disc and after you started Super Mario Kart, you quickly have to reject the disc, insert your TW10 disc whilst turning of the power, pressing A and B button, move your nunchuck 3 times around you at 11:59 pm on an friday the 13th and then, but only then, the option you mentioned is visible. Glen and NCD, can you confirm this?

Duh! I'm an idiot. Here, the whole time I was using Super Smash Brothers Brawl instead of Zelda. Thanks for the tip, LeeTargo!
