Ok, I haven't played BF2142 in about a year and a half. This weekend I reloaded it on my current system and started playing again. I have no issues with the local games, but now every time I try to play online I get kicked out by Punkbuster and it doesn't give me a reason. All I see after I get kicked out of the games are the square in the middle with PUNKBUSTER in the corner and that's it. I think I installed the latest patch (1.50?). Is there something else I need to do to be "legit" again in Punkbuster's eyes? I haven't done anything to my install. This is straight off the DVD I bought back in 2006. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

One more thing to add (after searching through the forum)...I am now running windows 7 ultimate. If the info I read is still correct, then it sounds like I may be crap outta luck...

Make sure you have updated your Punkbuster from evenbalance.com.

I'm still using XP, so I will be of no help with yer Windows 7 matters.

I did this and it looks like I'm good. I'll try some more servers out tomorrow. Thanks for the tip!!
