I had a few issues with hit detection especially when shooting on guy sitting in a KORN. I emptied a full clip of SMG into his body from 5 meters and hits wouldn't register. (though other times I tried, it worked, but still not flawlessly)
Also, in many occasions I saw ennemies practically sitting on my grenades not dying. They registered some damage, but wouldn't die.
Last but not least, rockets do 0 damage on tanks on multiples occasions.

This is to be expected assuming you were shooting the front of the tank. The Abrahms tanks have slanted heavily armored fronts, so rockets such as rpgs just bounce off. Shoot in the back or just throw 2 c4's near the rear end of the tank and you kill it.

Well in that case, its a bug and DICE will fix it. They've got till the end of January man they can do it.

I also was sniping a player on the UAV station,I hit him clearly in the head 2 times with blood splash any everything with the M24 sniper rifle, didn't kill him. i knifed him to finally get the job done. so there is some hit box issues with mounted weapons. however i am able to get head shots through the slats on the big heavy machine gun emplacements with the shields, those don't seem to have any problem.

The sniper rifles need to be up graded a bit or at least some of them. It should not take three to five shots that are registered hits, to get the kill.
