1. the "Shoot Behind your own leg" wrist shot - no one shoots like this, to shoot a good wrist shot your stick motion should be mostly straight. If you shoot like that in reall life the accuracy and speed would be reduced greatly. FIX this.
2. Wraparound, this was in the last game too, not sure why this wasn't fixed. Wraparounds should go in the net on the actual wraparound shot about 1 out of every 1000 shots as oppossed to 1 out of 2 like now. Creating rebounds, fine..... But the fact this goes in is rediculous.
3. The whole quick backhand to forehand then wrister that always seems to go in again, from far away the goalie would not react to simple deking and get "fooled".
I understand the rationale behind not even attempting to fix these problems as EA seems to do. Since the people who use these shots can't play even a semi realistic type of game without them, most players in EASHL would suck if they were taken away since it seems every other team we play (or more) seems to rely almost exclusively on them to score. If people suck they won't play and buy the next game and would hurt sales. But for us good players who mantain the full integrity of the game and try to play legit 100% of the time, its very frustrating having to play a style that gives the opponents the front of the net to stop them from scoring horribly unrealistic goals from horrible scoring locations. We already have another "Bundle of Sticks" List in the making listing players who use these shots so we never play them again. I BEG you guys to make fixing these priority number 1, sure there are other issues but these are by far the worst. PLEASE!
Oh and P.S. - whats the point of avoiding these dirtbags if we consistantly get matched up with them anyways, maybe put something in the matchmaking that doesn't allow avoided players for unsporting conduct to play your team????

Yeah I'm not sure if EA understand hockey. They seem to think every single player can roof any puck no matter where they are in relation to both the puck and the goalie. I've even seen shots roofed from IN THE BLUE PAINT, where the skater shot the puck from behind him, through his own leg, and shelfed it. ????????

I can honestly say even in 09 and the new game i have found ways to score without glitching or cheezing. I will say in 10 its harder to score from the slot, but it is possible. In 09 i would be a right handed shot on the left wing sit and wait for the pass on the half boards then penetrate into the box and throw it top left corner worked like a charm on the PP. Not so much in the new one.
I as a user really feel NHL 10 was false advertised in many ways.
1. They did a good job fixing the main glitch toe drag and shoot opposite top corner glitch... but that still goes in 1 out of 10 times.
2. They claimed they fixed the crosscheck/interference call when you would go to the net for a rebound, its improved but not fixed, i still find myself holding the left trigger.
3. Goal Line/Wraparound glitch it was said it was fixed. The goaline is better, not good but better. The wraparound is still the same.
4. Goalies animations are better, but far from realistic. When you are on the goaline the goalie is not going to be standing straight up with his legs wide upen hes going to be hugging the post.
The improvements they preached seemed half assed to get another game out with new features.
I could go on and on, but thats just my point the same glitches are not fixed, so what exactly did EA do with this game, add 1st person fighting that is still just as unrealistic and over in a half second and limeted to 3 a game. Add some cheezy board play. I will say the new GM mode is sweet though.
