I was under the impression that there would be an open beta released for the PC, but this article says different.

There is no news of a PC beta, it just says the game's demo will premiere next year if you dont have a PS3

Definatly not closed or Canceled. So please not worry! Read there twitter page.. Figured I would give everyone a sigh of relief!

That WAS the Source. It used to say if we are on PC we would get the BETA December 6th and that it would be Open. It's totally gone now, they edited it out.

They also have crappy grammer.. 'when we releases'

Did you not read my post OP?? lol I clearly stated that it's not closed/Canceled! The only source to "Believe" is there Twitter or Posts from "Zerk16"

Tweeterized them and got a response "More on #BFBC2 PC Beta will come later, but we can say it's not canceled."

That's good to hear that it's not cancelled, cannot wait for this game. I was hoping open beta as I never get in the closed betas.

Yeah they edited the blog. Before, it said PC Beta in December... I don't think they closed it, or else they would have said something about that too.

I was just worried not trying to troll or anything, i saw this post on gamespot.

they allways said that the PC beta is going to be "pretty exclusiv", meaning it will probably be done via the Combat Studios and will, if at all, have very little access by the broader public.
