Yeah I got the patch installed today.

Ive been playing ever since. They didn't fix all the gripes, but the major issues have been resolved.

Cars that seemed to be useless with a WORKS upgrade are now driving like Race Cars.

The rodeo ride from bouncing cars has vanished.

My ZO6 moves off the line when Modded

The Grass is no longer magnetic

The entire driving dynamics feels improved.

The tuning (Not the auto) has still a bunch of issues (rear brakes 50 or 0 nothing is weird) but all in all DF seems to apply DF, etc.

They didn't do anything to help with the application of vinyls (mirror options)

I'm finally going to get some enjoyment from this game Getting some tuning action done

The ZO6 with a WORKS Kit is a monster!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mind describing how the driving dynamics feel different?
I suppose the 12 player races are even more of a destruction derby Hopefully the next patch bumps the number up to 16.

Enjoy it. Still over a week until I can patch my PC version.

I've been a bit out of touch with this game waiting for a patch. I can't wait to try it out again.

Has the 'no visual damage' been fixed for the ps3 version?

I better get around to loading up the game as soon as possible then - me and my G25 can't wait to get into the racing action again . Except for those damn three large and addictive games that are taking up all my gaming hours at the moment (that would be MW2 multiplayer, AC2 and DA:O).

Alright Cars are more composed. For example the EVO X with a WORKS kit is Sweet now when before the patch it was a PITA. This goes the same for a bunch of cars that became ridiculous when the upgrades get put on. They are now Driveable Sweeeet!

Right out the gate I have smoked my previous fastest laps. The drive has a more genuine feel to it, while keeping the Shift power through corners dynamics. Before the patch the dynamics were quirky and seemed to get worse the more you upgraded your car, now those same cars drive like hard core racer cars Grass no longer pulls you in deeper with the slightest touch, so getting a wheel off the track is no longer an exercise is blasting through the grass's gravitational pull.

Cars that used to bounce around after getting tuned are driving smooth, cars that were frozen after getting tuned are riding fast. Like the ZO6, the car is a Monster with a WORKS kit, absolutely awesome.

NO the patch doesn't included the DLC to be released on the 10th of Dec.

Ive gotten back into the game now that I can do some tuning, although the tuning section is NOT been fully fixed, my major gripes have been resolved.

Although EA come on man, FIX THE BRAKE SETTINGS!!!!! How could you of missed that?

@ Ubersil

Dude your still a dork, weather or not Shift HAS FINALLY had some light shined on to it. The game IS NOT fully fixed while they have addressed the MAJOR issues, this still has nothing to do with you or the FACT you defended the game when it was at its worse, acting oblivious to the games obvious issues and short comings. Your not the "Devil" just a Dork.

The frame rate problem has still not been fully resolved, just try the Zonda IE Time Eliminator at Willow Springs to see what I mean
This was the one thing I was hoping would be resolved and although the frame rate has improved it's still not good

Plus point is the Works Lambo Merc is now a monster and the entire feel of the game has improved
