That is a brilliant idea, charge points for a bucket of balls with bucket size options.

Don't need a Course Architect, enough to play and the server to deal with. What we need is the ability to set multiple round Group Tournaments with varied settings in each round of the Tournament. i.e. round 1 Calm, slow to avr greens, round 2 Windy, fast to hard greens etc.
