I haven't experienced that issue, but whenever something like that comes up with any game I clear my Xbox's cache. That generally fixes most problems you may run into.

Hmmm yeah that wouldn't work... try to isolate the problem. For example: create a new beagm with the same team and sim to the same point to see if the same issue happens, that would determine if it is a corrupt game file. if its corrupt u probably will have to start over and if its not that try think of other ways to isolate where its coming from. If its the disk, take it back and get another... maybe try a friends game in your PS3. I know that's a lot, and maybe you did some of this already but good luck!
