Dear EA Admin:
I installed the new 1.5 patch and ever since when i try to log on or retrieve my account it crashes back to desktop. iv tryed downloading punkbuster and doing all sort of crazy thing. i deleted the cach. i tryed EVERYthing but nothing seems to work. please look into this. also anyone out there with the same problem and fixed it please feel free to post it.

toshiba sattelite a305-s6872
intel core 2 duo processor t5800
i dont have nvidia. i have some other weird driver. but bf2 works well... till i installed the patch

o.k. this is what i did:
i reinstalled bf2.
restarted the system
reinstalled punk buster and updated it manually
i tried to install version 1.5 but it said Error: newer version installed
i log on... there are only 2 servers!
i cant play the booster pack maps
i install1.41 then install 1.5 and go to log in
when i click retrieve account it crashes to desktop!
i deleted catch and everything possible!
still nothing!

HI there. i have BIG problem. first sorry on my english. i have CTD every time i try to conect to multyplayer. WHY??? i bought game 2 times. first time i tought it is my problem but now i know that happend 2 other gamers. i reinstal game 3 times,update graphic card,aa off,all is on medium or on low (before crash i played all on high without problem),sound is on softwer,distance scale is on 75%,patch 1.5 instaled,card is GeForce 8500 gt,dac type intergrated RAMDAC,ms 512 mb. all i can find on internet i was trying but nothing happend,game stil crash to desktop when i try too play multyplayer.singleplayer ok. PLEASE HELP.---u can PM me on crox@net.hr or post here.-------HELP-----
