Need for Speed Racing Games

Just got the game and I like using the Wii wheel for driving games wuth the remote in the horizontal position. I go to options and controls and scroll through to Wii WHeel but I cannot select it. If I press A nothing happens. If I press B to go back the control remains as the Wii remote in the upright position. It's ruining my enjoyment of the game. Any ideas?

I don't know. If I select the Wheel and pres "A" then it goes on to the steer assist option. Are you sure you are pressing "A", not 2?
