Parachuting in and fighting to meet up with the British in the opening mission of Spearhead, It was just a great opening to an excellent expansion pack. DLC doesn't even touch that stuff in terms of quality any more.

I gotta agree with Garandx that was an epic moment. How ever my favorite has to go to the Normandy Omaha beach storming in Medal of Honor Allied Assault. When I first played that mission I couldn't believe it, it was so awesome. That was years ago of course but some of the old game moments are still the best!

In Allied Assault, after destroying AA guns, I felt a great relief and sense of victory. No other moment gave me that kind of relief.
Of course, there is Omaha Beach... Landing is unforgettable.
On one extension (Spearhead or Breakthrough; can't remember it now but it was probably Breakthrough) we are ordered to defend a hill with a mortar and tanks are coming from everywhere. It was tiring but the "I did it!" emotion is priceless. I can't feel this way in any of the new generation games; they are too casual. The difficulty setting in Breakthrough or Spearhead is amazing actually; it makes the player an actual victory sense... Old games die hard, eh? (:

Through the fiery caverns we sail
Virgil at my side my guide and master
Questing through the nine plains of hell
Infernal wisdom shall fill my soul
Slowly now the days departing
The darkened air releases me |

@ WTSnake. OMG I know what you mean, the feeling of relief and pride that you saved lives, fake bots of AI data tho they are lol. They don't make games like they used to I swear it. A little off topic but the same goes for Call of Duty. When I played that for the first time i sat in awe lol.
Another favorite Medal of Honor moment occurred in the original Medal of Honor for Playstation one. Going in disguise as a German officer and being able to infiltrate and sneak around, once in a while taking out an unsuspecting guard really hooked me on the series for ever. And let me say that I hope this new MOH will carry the same thrilling and gripping effect!

You know, I really don't have any one favorite moment, but I do have quite a few moments that stick out. The Fort Schmerzen level from the original game was cool. Playing the Wewelsburg Castle and Fall of the Philippines levels from Underground and Rising Sun while drunk was really fun. Also the Panzerknacker levels. I really liked the interesting characters, like the chef from Frontline who Patterson never seemed able to kill, who would always come back with more and more bruises and bandages, the SS dudes dressed up in knights armor, and about at least half the cast of Rising Sun. I liked the Market Garden and Guadalcanal levels from Frontline and Rising Sun. I liked the A-bomb at the end of European Assault. Also the return of Colonel Hargrove and his voice in Heroes. I liked the jumps in Vanguard and Airborne and I really liked Airborne's flak tower level.
I also liked Underground because it had the perspective of someone besides a US soldier or Marine. I play both Medal of Honor and Call of Duty all the time, and I think Call of Duty has the better formula of multiple protagonists from different sides, but Underground and Heroes come pretty close. But I hear that's what this new Medal of Honor game is doing, so right on, MoH devs.
If you ask me what I'd want to see in a Medal of Honor game the most, I'd have to say either shift perspective to the Axis for once or, even better, make a Medal of Honor game set in World War One. I'd also like to be able to play Allied Assault, Breakthrough, Spearhead and Pacific Assault on my 360, because my computer can hardly play games from 10 years ago.

I would say the very first medal of honor game when you finally got the medal and the way they did the slide show presenting it to you. Also like someone else had said any of the undercover missions where you went in disguise and snuck around best war game I have ever played

Medal Of Honour 1.
Basically, I love this game. Despite it's age, it remains one of the best FPSs I've ever played. The best bits are:
The music/score. It's stunning, adding tension, instantly recognizable. A modern version of that would rock.
The undercover mission on the boat has to be one of the best missions of any game ever. That awesome feeling as you flipped your ID to any and everyone before taking them behind the boxes and (eww) nailing them. If you don't add some sort of undercover "Try not to get noticed" level in MOH I will kill you.
The use of the old WWII film was great. Obviously, redundant in the new MOH, but at least put some real videos of soldiers in Iraq in there. Makes it much more realistic.
I quite liked the mission detail lecture in Airborne. It was simple, but if you can do a revised version of that, with all the troops sitting round watching the slideshow, it would add to the immersion.
Please make it realistic.

Hey 1st and foremost-Kudos to one of the greatest games ever made! MOHAA as well as its expansions provided some absolutely memorable moments in gaming for me and my friends.
For a game that is near X years old...it rocks. I still belong to a clan that plays MOHAA-*Area51*-I go under the name Illuminaughty. For me each time I play is memorable- each Match a blast though intense, the laughs at the craters and the skill of the people playing is amazing. I have lots of SS but I guess for me the most memorable moment for me was when I bought the game 2 months after it came out. Being the 1st online game I ever played at that time- I installed-logged in online with gamespy-found a game-joined axis on Omaha Beach- spawned nd shot 1st person I saw, one of my teamates! Haha nah that blew me away- especially after seeing private ryan then playing Omaha.

I think the level on Medal of Honor European Assault on PS2 where you began next to a windmill with tanks coming over the horizon. And the ridiculously hard second level of MOH:Heroes 2 on Wii.
