Multiplayer Connection Issues - PC Part 2

i bought this game for xbox like when it came out :/ and then my xbox was stolen and now that i bought for pc yesterday i have come to realize i just * myself because apparetnly it seems like it hasnt worked in forever

installed the latest patch and now my game doesn't find any servers, at all. Is it so that none of the servers have the news patch yet or whats going on?

Playing with PC and everything else is fine, just can not find any servers at all. Funny thing is that if i just click the join now it finds some random server always but there are no players on those servers.

i just got the game and my ping is 600 my game is slow it takes for ever to load a map on single and multiplayer i adjusted my settings and it didn't change and when the game finished loading its so slow when i get in a tank its slower than myself running and first i see my team player then it stops and then they disappear

HI, I had issues with Bad Company2 since the first day I bought it around 3 months ago, tt would crash my pc, and I kept beyng disconected from servers.

After reading a lot about it I tryed several stuff, and eventually i fixed my issues.

The Pc crashing while i was playng Bc2 was related to my realtek onboard sound card, To fix it i disabled it on bios and got a sound card, it might work just getting new drivers but im not sure.

About beyng disconected from server ( not Connection to EA lost , just lost connection to server) often the solution was port forwarding in the modem the ports recomended.

Failed to connect to EA server. I have had this ever since I could remember and because of it I never played the game except campaign. I have tried countless of "solutions" none of them seemed to fix it. I have bought a new router for this game and it has done nothing. I think I know the reason but dont know how to fix it. I came to the conclusion that the problem was my internet. I use Greenfield communication http://www.egreenfield.com/Data.htm and it doesn't seem to work with EA's servers. And when I took my laptop to a friends house it worked. Is there any way of fixing this? Or am I just going to have to never play the game.

I have been having great difficulty in logging in over the last few days - something about being unable to connect to server - what a load of rubbish!!! What is going on DICE?

The connection problems described here sound similar to what I’ve experienced. I put together a post on all the solutions I’ve found. A link to this post is below.

My system is a PS3, but I think some of the solutions I found may work for PCs as well.

Got a quick, if not stange problem. I can't stay in a game for more than a 1-3 minutes because punk buster keeps kicking me for, "ignoring query" and then some number. I don't know a lot about computers, but, in a game with a ping of 55, that doesn't seem possible. I do have two Anti-virus programs that have some pretty powerful (if not annoying sometimes) firewalls. However, niether them have reported blocking anything! So I'm stumped.

Password and everything ir correct and i've tried re-installing it...
