PLEASE HELP:
i just finished an offline franchise and drafted a running back in the late 4th round... when i went to the signing screen the game would not allow me to "click" on him to sign him ( i also scouted this player ) anyways, after i signed the rest of my picks and was still unable to sign this player, i continued to the next stage (re-order Depth Chart) after i did this i looked around the rest of the teams for this player and i found him on the Rams signed for the league minimum... this player ended up with A potential and a 97 speed 99 agility 99 acc etc... basically he's a stud... so, EA, what happened?? why couldn't i sign this draft pick and why was another Computer Team able to for league minimum.... when i tryed to get him from the Rams, they wanted a 1st round pick for him.... ????

He didnt want to sign with your team that is why you couldnt even offer him anything.Happens sometimes like a Bo Jackson or Crabtree type thing im guessing you either had plenty of backs or your team was really bad.

OK OK OK What football game is made where you can't sack a quaterback?????Catch an intercepetion?????Or wait for a patch this long???????I don't care what madden people say about the negative feedback they get, make a good game and this won't happen because it's not the costumers fault this is a broken product. EA the company needs to fire's there madden staff and brings in someone who will work with the costumers to right this ship. I am long time Madden player and after the last 2 years of this it's time to change staff because you STOLE my money flat out. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The people who work on Madden are used to the insults, they think it's normal, so they go on making these sub-par games year after year.

It's like saying if the 2010 Ford Mustang GT had less horsepower and features than a 2006 Ford Mustang GT, but since it looks better it's a-ok!

As myself and others have been waiting and waiting for this patch, has it occurred to anyone that the patch probably won't be very good anyways? Dont get me wrong, Im gonna wait for it, and download it, and play a few games with it. However, my hopes have been shot down from waiting this long.

I know a guy who worked for EA and he told me some horror stories. I asked him about this issue & this was his response (paraphrased to protect myself and him):

"I bet hard cash, not credit mind you, that this is not about Sony or Microsoft delaying through QA but instead EA delaying so that when the patch is finally released, they can say that it is too late to work on a third patch --since this one will assuredly not be good enough-- because they are now into the next cycle: Madden 11."

When did you dl it? when you put in the disk or when you went online? if it was a madden screen it was probably rosters. if it made you quit the game and restart, it might've been a patch or system update. I havent been on lately so I have no idea
