Hello, I made a little tool that helps you edit the settings.ini with a simple GUI.
So that you can turn off Bloom but still want high textures etc!

Now you might say, why don't i manually edit the settings.ini myself?
Well, you're free to do that, it's actually quite easy.
This tool is just to make that even more simple!

This is actually legit, it works for me.
Can you actually TRY before posting *?

It tries to find the settings.ini by itself in my documents / bfbc2beta / settings.ini.
If it doesn't find it, it should open a filedialog asking for it.

Yeh I tried it, I'm using windows 7, might be an issue there, but it only runs 120kb process and loads nothing.

I'm using Win7 too.
Are you sure you got a settings.ini in
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\Documents\BFBC2Beta ?

I got UAC off though, try running as admin.
It SHOULD work without admin too.

I changed so it loads the settings.ini IN THE SAME FOLDER that the .exe is.
So it doesn't try to find it by itself.
So try place the .exe inside the bfbc2 folder.

This worked for all my friends though, so i don't know what your problem is :/
