You either need to update your drivers, or do an actual clean install of drivers.

Can you give system specs please? Easier to diagnose when you know what you are looking at.

all drivers for GPU's are up-to-date latest versions for GPU Drivers and Direct x 10... I tried every sort of variation for graphics in the game... nothing seems to fix it... This is frustrating, I updated the beta as well and nothing seems to fix this issue...

Those artifacts are exactly what happens when something is overheating or getting not enough power.

Please list your specs, including your PSU specs.

You paid for the final release, not the BETA. The beta isn't optimized and it's not the final product. Let's not judge how fast a car goes when you only have the front seat, a steering wheel, and maybe three tires. Let me reiterate:

EDIT: Also, "Extremely well built computer" doesn't mean that you do. List the specs and we'll be the judge of that.

Let's not be so quick to assume. Many people run this game perfectly.

Monitor the temps on your video card.

As I stated before, these problems you're getting most likely mean your GFX cards are getting overheated or beginning to die.

Have you tried reverting to older drivers?

Nice PC, i see you have the Nvidia version of the CM 690 I have the regular one.

That is a decent PC but it seems like your CPU is the only one lagging behind. But I would wait for the game to release before upgrading anything.

From that screenshot, it looks like your GPU is artifacting, which is often caused by overheating.

Thank you, yes it's a great PC but the issue is these games coming out are really gearing towards new developments in extreme performance... I'm not rich I can not afford these changes every week lol.

This PC holds its own.. definitely needs a few more GPU's
