The last two times I have played an OTP game (1 EASHL and 1 community OTP), My screen has frozen during a 3rd period faceoff. I can still hear the commentators and my teammates with their mics, but the screen remains stationary. Anybody else having this problem?

Yeah, once in a while, means your game froze.

I would really appreciate some help. My Online Player's Grade is frozen at a B-. No matter how many games I play the grade stays at a B-. I know you may just tell me I need to play more games for it to change but I have played 20 games like this.
I have had 4 games in a row with a grade average of an A- and at the end of the game my B- stays at 0%. This is a major issue and I am sick of EA not caring. I called and the person on the phone said thats too bad try checking online for a fix. I asked if he could forward the message to the programers and he said that he can not do that. I want the game fixed or I want my money back.
EA you release the same game every year and when the games first come they are pretty good. But every tuner update they release makes the game worse. Every single time please fix the FROZEN gRADE PROBLEM WITH MY ONLINE BE A PRO NHL 12.

Everyone who is having issues with NHL 12 and are sick of EA not giving a crap please read this. EA keeps releasing the same game every year and we just keep buying it and then complaining. Well it is time to stop that. Every tuner update they release screws more things up than it fixes. EA just wants our money well I call for a stand stop buying EA games.

We have the power EA needs us to so stop drinking the kool-aid get off the yellow brick road and let's start to stand up for ourselves. All of us need to stand together and stop buying EA games. Especially the sports game. It may sound crazy but I bet EA would try a little harder to please its customers if we proved it to them. If NHL 13 came out and EA only sold half of what they sold this year maybe they would take the hint.

I am not big into FaceBook but someone should start a page and get as many friends or likes as possible just ask everyone to hold off buying EA game for a couple of weeks. If we stand together then we have the power to make a change. If a page was started then EA would be made aware of what we are doing.

Hi. I'm trying to setup an online private match with 4 of my friends. We would like to modify the game settings/sliders for this private match the same way you can for an offline match but can't find a place to do this. So, two questions:
1. If I'm the one setting up the private match, will my offline game setting sliders apply to the online private match?
2. If not, is there a place where I can modify things like "slap shot accuracy", "attribute effect" and "passing assist" for online private matches?

Just Editing here. Since I was the last one to post I'll just add. I know it's only been two days.

But this stills bugs me. If you think about REAL hockey. Do you really think that a Amateur like Cody Hodgson from Vancouver is going to get by a Defense men say Nicklas Lidstrom every time he has the puck?

Problem 1: Match making in EASHL. Shouldn't teams play other teams in their division until they achieve better stats than the lowest team in higher division? Seems fair right?

Problem 2: AI Players. So many people say play 6-6 or with human goalie. Well not everyone on every team schedules days to play (with maybe exception to play offs). So we normally fill 3-4 positions a game on a average night of play. Then we get stuck with AI D that can't stop a beach ball with a tennis racket. Yet their team's AI D will be Alll Star caliber, make you feel like your rated a 20.

Problem 3: Playing as human goalie. Slow to come off post. Goes to wrong post sometimes. Always going to butterfly even on shots that shouldn't. And unable to stop shots from the "glitch" or "ultra high percent scoring area".

Problem 4: The "glitch" or "high scoring area" shots. Last night we had 6 goals scored on our ever so talented AI Goalie that were the EXACT SAME SHOT. High circle, curl wrist shot back, release to upper corner of net. Goalie dropped to Butterfly and looked down and a high shot. Hmmm. Once maybe. BUT 6 TIMES? COME ON NOW!

Problem 5: Hitting Players. I can't tell you how many different builds I've done and not been able to take down small players, or even knock the puck far enough away from them, that they can't just recover faster than I can get my stick on the ice.

Problem 6: Goalie divers. It's getting almost impossible to play as goalie, or even in general when 3 people are diving at your goalie to get a free goal.

Solutions: Better AI goalies. Better AI D. Turn down effectiveness of those dirty goals (top circle's drag/curl wristers).

This game should reward players for playing realistic hockey. Not doing the same wrist shot from the same spots all day long. If people want to score, make them actually have to know how to play. *of course, this meaning your NOT playing 6-6 hockey*. When we play 2 different teams, and they both score the exact same cheesey goalies, i turn my console off, and ponder selling it all and giving up gaming.

It's almost to the point where I don't even want to play with my friends anymore. All because of game dev's not doing their part to make a good quality game, and stay on top of the glitches.

Also, next tuner set, don't release it at playoffs. It totally screwed our team up one night because we weren't used to the slightly more annoying things the AI did.

[b]WHERES MY STATS? I've played 200 games and average 1.14 points a game but when I play OTP it says 47 games played and 52 points. Many others have this issue and I sent ea a few messages and they keep saying their working on it. THIS IS BS and needs to be fixed.

  you can never stick lift consistently
  humans missing open nets when they have 95+ wrist shot accuracy
  checking system sucks *
  i see tough guys not being able to knock people down
  computer goalies throwing pucks out to the other team
  humans can barely pick puck up with high defense awareness
  off-sides never right
  pucks that are goals not called goals
  computer passes suck
  goalie interference not called or overly sensitive
  when you play club and match goalie the other teams goalie quiets early so they get an advantage
  puck control needs to get fixed, sometimes you can never loose the puck and then other times he'll just get tapped and the puck will go flying
  balance is broken sometimes people wont move and just fall for no reason

I have been stuck on 70% of my Legend 1 for weeks now. I can have games of all A's or 2 A's and a B+ for days at a time and no change. My Performance tracker says i'm at 0% of overall grade all the time! If I have one bad game my Overall grade drops from the B+ to B. Like WTF!!!!!! I should have my Legend 3 by this point but because this stuff is glitched out I can't get my points to up my player that I have earned. Fix your game!!!!

My stats for online play are frozen at B+. in order to get my next card I need an A- stat. my progression bar says I have completed 100% for my next card but it won't give me my Legend 2 card. I know other people have had the same problem and it just went away in time but I have now completed all the stats for my Legend 3 card but I am still stuck at Legend 1.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also have a problem with my OTP Stats. My players stats are not updating!

Since last Thursday I have only been able to finish roughly 5 eashl games out of easily over 30 due to being disconnected from the ea servers. This is the only game I am having issues with in terms of online connection and lag issues. All other games on PS3 are working fine for me. Need help fixing this issue. Has only started in the last week or so but I am not the only one who has this as issue. It is making it extremely frustrating to try to play online.

I tried deleting the settings & reinstalling the new tuners to try & fix an online lag issue. Now my character has been reset from a Legend 2 to an Amateur 2, even though my characters online performance tracker still shows all of my stats. I lost all of my unlocked boosts & had to entirely recreate my character but don't have my attributes anymore. I played way too many games to get stuck with an issue like this. Any idea how I can get all of my stuff back?

I have been playing NHL for a few years now and you always get the glitch goals to deal with. This year however is a nightmare. I'm not sure whats wrong with the computer AI this time around. D-men not doing anything with a skater in their face , goalies watching pucks go by, shot from extremly low % areas. Or my personal favourite the goalie throwing out the puck right on to the twig of the other team without anyone calling for the puck. I dont ever make forum posts. Lastnight was the last straw. Two games back to back first game 6-1 loss second 6-1 loss 10 of those goals scored from the exact same spot each time. Top of the circle ,wrist shot right into the top corner of the net. What are u supposed to do to that? Dmen standing in the guys face doing nothing and your goalie in butterfly for no reason. AI is not up to snuff this year its actually pretty sad. please fix the goalies at the very least.
