Just got booted on 16th hole of Melbourne ... 10802 Error. blah blah blah Imagine if Tiger couldn't get paid ... Bet he'd send some big Mofo after the PGA.

Cant even play a game without getting disconnected... this has went on for days now.. firefox,, chrome, .. connection works fine for other sites... HELP

It is only this week that has emphasised this error in whatever they do?? As I wrote in another thread here:
As you are obviously not working on the game, then please don't touch the site any-more. I don't usually have disconnects, but after whatever "rubbish" you've added this week, it has screwed all play up big time. There is hardly any of us that can guarantee getting a round in, especially "Alternate Shot", but affects all others as well in different ways.
I am a fully paid up member and it has at least 6 months to run, so please get rid of last weeks update and let us play out our membership!!

...and EA wants us to join this 'terrible site'... been a non-member for years now, own every TW made for PC... came online several releases ago and have nothing but problems with the server... I've tried every suggestion... with the new TW 12 out, you get 3 months free membership... I've never in my life seen more reason NOT TO BUY the new TW 12 Masters... other than never coming back to this site again, what a waste of time... still pondering wasting my money on the new release...
EA I expected more...

Don’t feel like the lone golfer! It’s everyone having issues with connecting and being kicked from the game! I spent about an hour chatting with customer service and got absolutely no help from the so called service rep, his only reply was my PC and connection causing the problem and the all of the entire TW PGA Tour paying members. I have several cases that still are open with no response, Customer service and support is a big joke! EA Sport's has turned into money hungry greedy thieves robbing us by theft of services! Pay for a product that is unsupported and doesn’t work half the time. Wonder what Tiger Woods thinks about endorsing a product with his name on it that stink's or if he even cares!!

Tiger Woods could care less about this product. All he cares about is that his royalty checks arrive on schedule. Which, brings me to this point. EA is not about to put any more time or resources in this game to improve it and sell it, only to pay royalty fees to a has been golfer. Tiger Woods is no longer a household name in the world of golf. He can't even make the cut in half the tourneys he plays in.
When he starts winning majors again (doubt that will happen) then maybe EA will again devote some attention to this game.

2 days now I cannot play live tours in the US.... I can play the daily and every other feature but the server disconnects after taking too long to load the tours. Please reboot your US servers

"Cannot "connect to the server" for the millionth time-I want a complete refund for my money-now. I will contact the State's Attorney General of NC if this is not resolved-I don't think you really want to go there-he is tough.

 Same thing with me. I'm also getting a bunch of unity crashes. I uninstall & reinstall, but that doesn't help either. I new some free guys that are also having discon probs on here.

I've been trying for an hour to finish a round I started yesterday. Each and every time I get disconnected. What a piece of crap. Reminds me of before the rush release of TW12 last year. Now it looks like the same for the release of TW13. I have seven months left for my membership ea can send me a $20.00 cash refund (US) and I'd never be here anymore. Not fun, frustrating.
