If you are having trouble linking your Gamertag or PSN ID, please follow the steps in the FAQ linked below.

After you have completed these steps, if you are unable to access your Gamertag and/or PSN ID on your EA account, please visit http://support.ea.com and select `Email Us'. Be sure to include the following information in your petition.

Gamertag/PSN ID
Email for EA account
Email for Gamertag/PSN ID account
Birthdate associated with Gamertag/PSN ID account

If you posted in the thread previously here, rest assured we are addressing those requests and someone will be contacting you.

Here is another set of tips if the above did not help. Try the following:

* access http://www.easports.com
* Log in with your web account persona
* Access your player hub profile page (from the banner at the top)
* under your avatar picture, click button "add persona". This takes you to the EA.COM account management page.
* Log in with your web credentials
* Click "add a PSN account" or "add XBOX LIVE account"
* Follow the rest of the instructions

OK HAVING A PROBLEM UNDERSTANDING THE 2D ON NHL PROFILE I MADE UP MY GUY WITH CLOTHING AND SAVED IT LOGGED OUT RESTARTED THE PS3 AFTER I LOGGED OUT OF THE PC AND STILL NO CHANGE MY GUY IS STANDING THERE WITH UNDERWARE AND SHIRT ON PLEASE EMAIL ME OR MESSEGE ME ON HERE TO GIVE ME MORE DETAILS PLZ

Do you mean that you setup a 2D avatar on easports.com, saved, and it does not appear in NHL? Or am i understanding this incorrectly.

If it is the former, make sure your console and web account are linked. See the troubleshooting tips below for more info on that topic.

Hi, I dont know why, but i cant save my game face in Ea/GameFace/Creator web site. When i press the SAVE button, always says FAILED.

Odd, we can't see any issue from here - just tried saving several times, and the system saved 5 times successfully in a row without any problem.

We'll login as yourself and see if we can reproduce the fails, since everything looks fine from this end. What items did you have on - I assume your generated face, then which hair style, and other changes?

Make sure on console, in the FIFA preferences ("My FIFA 11"), that your online account uses the same email than your web account. From there, you should be able to link your accounts without problem.

If it is still happening, try logging out and logging back in. Does that help?
We are suspecting a login issue.
