Mouse cursor is stuck in one spot when running Madden NFL 08 on Windows 7  XML

I loaded Madden 08 on my Dell Latitude D410 running Windows 7. When I launch Madden, the mouse cursor is stuck in one spot.

I am running a Dell Latitude D410 with 2GB RAM and a good video adapter. Madden 08 works fine on this machine when running Vista.

Anyone have any ideas?

You need a new video card.
And if you don't have the money just rapidly click the right mouse button while moving the mouse around.
