Same here. If ea is aware of the problem then why don't they fix it?? I had a total of 120 discons on Saturday. ea broke the contract...THEY owe US!!!!

AGAIN......ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!! 4 DAYS IN A ROW NOW. I WILL NOT BE SIGNING UP FOR 13...I'VE HAD IT WITH THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS GAME. IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. I WILL ALSO NOT BE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS!!!!!

You'll get nothing and you'll like it. Seriously, at best I think we can hope EA solves the connectivity issues. For me it's definitely taken a dive in the last week. Something triggered it so there is some hope it could be solved. Now, does EA care? No one knows the answer to that question. There has been no official word from EA on this issue and if I'm a betting man I bet that EA doesn't really care that these issues are occurring. They abandoned TWO 2-3 months ago. I suspect as our memberships are up and we want to renew the renew button will not work. EA is probably winding this deal down and can't have all the memberships expire soon enough.

ea is a joke anymore.............and ANY mod says different has NOT played. I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO PLAY A RD............ I know Time defends ea but....................................if he doesn't play he should JUST SIT DOWN AND SHUT THE FOR UP. He has Posted that he has told ea about the probs........but I haven't seen ANY email that he has sent to ea about this CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a jerk you are!! Do you not know by now that Tim has nothing... repeat nothing to do with EA except be a forum moderator. He has no control over EA or the devs. WTF do you think you can call out someone who doesn't even work for EA. And by the way, I have never seen Tim defend EA - he is one of their harshest critics.

By the way. If I ever had 120 disconnects in a year, let alone one day, I would not be here complaining on a forum. I would have taken the advice of other members and asked for a refund. Then I would have left the game and the forums.

Lose connection to the game server every time now for 2 weeks. The game works fine if i use a free account, but my account with the masters wont load on any browser. i have tried on other computers with high speed connections and i still cant play. i talked to EA and they say i am not banned, and they are looking into it.

Same here 10 days no connection! Noticed the other day, when I put the mouse pointer over Play Now! button this message appeared at the bottom left of the screen, where the IP address should be, javascript:void(0). Then when I placed the mouse pointer over every other live link on that page their is an IP address.

Tryed 5 diff computer's I have at 4 home one at work still can't connect cause of "connection to the servers"! Must be something to do with my account .Deleted my Game face hoping that would help, spend my asset's I had built up, Thinking they wanted more Money bought some point's. no help! Created a new account free account, Bam loaded just like that!

Hi All

I too have had connection issues for just on two weeks now where I couldnt get a game online. I couldnt even load the game offline just to have a hit without it freezing and stalling.

However, I took some advice from other posters on here, and filed a complaint with the BBB. Now, Im not sure if it's coincidental, or something has been done to my account, but have now played for two days in a row and only had 1 minor disconnect, where I just logged straight back in and continued.

It may be well worth raising a complaint against EA via BBB and see what happens. If nothing else, at least you're raising the issue to someone who will actually act on it on your behalf.

this is getting ridiculous, get the connection issues fixed, so we can play the game. Are you professionals or not? If so act, act like it. Fix the problems.
