Ok so I found out from the beta that you have to delete the actions under the "Joystick". It was easy to do in the beta. Now in the release of this, im having to do the same deleting, BUT now it will let me choose what I want to change, but wont let me change/delete the action for the joystick. The only key that works is the ESC key, and that just removes the option to change the key.
So if I want to go into a game and listen to the sounds wile I spin around in circles, and facing at the sky. Then Ive ordered a great game. If this is not the way it suposed to happen then could I please get some help? Thanks

Interesting.. I wrote in this post here http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/45/424129.page thinking it was maybe the mouse and checking the options for Vertical did the opposite (looking at the ground). In beta this is all I did to stop the looking up or down, if what your saying is true then I may need to delete the joystick settings myself just to have it work.. (I do have a G25 wheel plugged in but not powered on unless I use it) so this could be making sense, why in beta it worked and not release game beats me.
Will try this when I get home to somehow remove the joystick settings..

Same problem here. Controls wont bind or are inverted on wrong axis. Steam Retail Version.

As far as the inversion goes, http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/428596.page. As far as spinning goes, I mostly figured out a way to debind the joystick from the land and vehicle movement. Just click on each joystick command in turn and click some button you never use on your joystick. You'll be asked to verify that you want to rebind, for each joystick command you replace. This has the interesting side effect of clearing out all the joystick commands except one, which is bound to your unused button - basically, if you duplicate a joystick bind, it'll wipe out the other one.
If you really want to get rid of all the joystick bindings for infantry and land, you can edit your infantry.dbx and land.dbx files (I'd make backups first!). Mine are in C:\Users\Eric\Documents\BFBC2\input\infantry.dbx and land.dbx, for example. There are lines in there like this, in the instances labeled GameSharedResources.PadInputActionData:
<field name="Button">IDB_Rtrigger</field>
Change these to:
<field name="Button">IDB_Undefined</field>
Basically, there will be one entry for a PadInputActionData instance in each dbx file with something other than IDB_Undefined in it, if you did the first step of binding all to one joystick button. Other people have messed with GUIDS, but I found this "touchy", i.e. BC2 would simply die.
Now the bad news: doing all this and then testing on Isla Innocentes (i.e., just join an empty game), I found that the helicopter itself would of course spin. Pitch seemed to work fine, but my ability to use the keyboard, mouse, and joystick simultaneously is limited by my lack of a third arm. So DICE really needs to fix this. I might mess with it a bit more to see if I can get it back down to just joystick and keyboard.
