I think it would be great to see helmet decals of the numbers of the players that passed away this year such as Darrent Williams and Damien Nash of the Broncos and Marquise Hill of the Patriots. This is something that the teams do in real life, but it would mean a lot to have them immortalized in Madden.

Your own soundtrack, 08s is already released but maybe for 09, allow users to use the madden soundtrack or one of their own that is on thier PS3/Xbox playlists stored on the HD.

i want the accelerated playclock so i can play a balance 10 minute quarter franchise mode this leads to better stat tracking and a a rounded out football expeirence. also i'd like the first down marker hot routes back this year. i'd also like defensive playmaker audibles. also the recievers should be more active after their routes over.

All the stuff I've seen added in for 08 on next gen is great, but I have one big complaint about something that wasn't added. MADDEN & MICHAELS!!! Whats with the radio guy? He was awfully annoying on 07 and, I'm sorry but he doesn't make the game more realistic. John Madden and Al Michaels need to be on the game, I mean it is MADDEN 08 after all.

I would like to see the current gen playcalling system on the next gen Madden (ie. next gen allowing your in house opponent to see what play you are calling - not very strategic).

but i think there should be team strengths and weaknesses .

for example ,

-(Home and Away powers)some teams are really really strong at home , and some are strong on the road .
-(Under the weather teams)some teams excel in the cold and rainy conditions , some are not
-(Relentless)some teams never give up , and just keep coming back
-(Crumble)some teams crumble in pressure situations
-(Step Up)some teams rise to the occasion of a big game and pressure situations
-(Inconsisitant)some teams are inconsistant , sometimes they play like superbowl teams sometimes they play like 2-14 teams

so , this also helps when u go in to a game to know what to look for .

Also more add player weaknesses

-like a fumbling QB , RB , WR and TE
-secondary who blow coverage
-players who fail to perform in pressure situations
-injury prone players
-top round rookie picks who fail to perform

etc etc

oh yeah ,

-mini camps , training camps , rookie camps

-weekly preperation

-accelerated game clock & game simulation

You guys really need to do something about displying the players name. Somtimes the players name get in the way of the action. I play on a 56" screen tv and still have trouble see whats going on. You may need a better camera angel. On kick off and running plays hell and even pass plays. The lettering could smaller and transparent. I posted a note a while back asking for the circle that you guys had under the players in the old gen please bring that back that shit was awsome it helps out in so many different ways. Instead of the Y you guys had on the old gen you could probaly could put that Look like this * or a diamond or a star something thats cool and now. I just started getting playing the Ps3 version im getting use to the game the fun factor is still there because I love to compete. The game has so much potentinal and sometimes I feel that im being short changed. As a diacated fan since to ps2 lunch. Im doing my part as fan to make the game better by posting threads like this. i am dying to know if the PSP version of Madden 08 will have franchise mode this year. the only reason i didn't buy it last year is because it didn't have franchise mode.

The lattereling/pitching idea is sweet! You should be able to play as CFL teams or if not that just make a CFL game or sumtin

they definately need to add like team strenghts ,

i mean if a team has 4 defensive players with rating over 90 then that team should be like a top defensive team and any team that plays against them loses some attributes , like maybe awareness or concerntration

and the same for offense ,

and then they should add teams who play great on the road , or teams that are unbeatable at home . then teams who can not play in cold and rainy conditions and some that can . then teams that always come back from trailing then some who can not hold a lead , etc etc

fans, crowd effect, crowd noise, stamina, players need to get tired! Create a team, without losing the players your created team replaces, create a coach, real announcers voices from each team, I dont want hall of famers on my free agent list in franchise mode!
